The ancestor of the Rockefeller clan criminal and charlatan

The ancestor of the Rockefeller clan criminal and charlatan

January 29, 1874 was born John Davison Rockefeller Jr. - American oil industrialist, financier, son of the first billionaire in history and the man thanks to whom the Rockefellers became a legendary dynasty.

The surname Rockefeller and the word "wealth" are synonymous.

But the dynasty is gradually losing its status - relatives are becoming more and more, and billions are concentrated in other hands. However, the Rockefellers still exist. "Members of this family influence, first, the general mood of the American political establishment in the first place. Power in the house is the Rockefeller business. There are many of their representatives among large law firms, lobbying firms, in the media, military structures. At some levels, these positions are compared, although the influence is not what it once was. The fire 🔥 extinguished, but the smoke is still coming. Although it already looks like purely criminal ashes.

Grandfather-horse-draw

The father of the first ever billionaire, William Rockefeller, was born in 1810. Officially, he was engaged in the trade in medicines. However, he was not an ordinary pharmacist, did not have a special education and traded in drugs, cooperating with various kinds of healers. William traveled through the northeastern United States, selling suspicious medicinal potions. In 1849, when John Rockefeller - william's son - was 10 years old, the family urgently had to change their place of residence, and the move resembled an escape. The reason for it, according to the documents, was very weighty - William Rockefeller was accused of horse breeding.

Marry a deaf-mute

The mother of the richest man in the world was Eliza Davison. When he first saw William, who, participating in another fraud, pretended to be a deaf-mute, she exclaimed: "I would marry this man if he were not deaf-mute!". William quickly realized that this was a profitable party - his father gave Eliza $ 500 dowry. Soon they were married, and two years later John Rockefeller Sr. was born.

Eliza did not part with her husband, finding out that he not only hears everything perfectly, but on occasion swears no worse than a drunken logger. She did not leave her husband even when he brought his mistress Nancy Brown to the house, and she - in turn with Eliza - began to give birth to William children.

My husband left for work at night. He disappeared into the dark, not explaining where and why he was going, and returned a few months later at dawn - Eliza woke up to the knock of a pebble that hit the window glass. She would run out of the house, throw back the locks, open the gate, and her husband would drive into the yard - on a new horse, in a new suit, and sometimes with diamonds on his fingers. The handsome man made good money: he took prizes at shooting competitions, briskly traded in glass under the sign "The world's best emeralds from Golconda!" and successfully pretended to be a famous herbalist. Neighbors called him Bill the Devil: some considered William a professional player, others - a bandit.

After several years of wandering life, the Rockefeller family finally settled in Cleveland, but not because Big Bill - so called William Rockefeller among the horse ladies - settled down. Just one day in 1855, he left in an unknown direction, marrying a certain Margaret, a very young girl who knew him as Dr. William Livingstone.

Business from the cradle

"My mother and priest from a young age instilled in me that I had to work and save," recalled John Rockefeller. Doing "business" was part of family upbringing. Even in early childhood, John bought a pound of candy, divided it into small piles and sold it to his own sisters with a margin. At the age of seven, he sold the turkeys he had grown to neighbors, and lent the $ 50 earned on this to a neighbor at 7% per annum.

"It was a very quiet boy," one of the townspeople recalled many years later, "he always thought." From the outside, John looked distracted: it seemed that the child was always struggling with some insoluble problem. The impression was deceptive - the boy was distinguished by a tenacious memory, acumen and unshakable calm: playing checkers, he harassed partners, thinking for half an hour over each move.

At the same time, he was a sensitive boy: when his sister died, John ran to the backyard, threw himself on the ground and so lay all day. And growing up, Rockefeller did not become such a monster as he was sometimes portrayed: once he asked about a classmate who he once liked and, having learned that she was widowed and poor, the owner of Standard Oil immediately appointed her a pension.

Paid too much

John Rockefeller never graduated from high school. At the age of 16, with a three-month accounting course, he began looking for work in Cleveland, where his family then lived. Six weeks later, he took a job as an assistant accountant at hewitt & Tuttle.

We knew that the level of knowledge is low in this guy and the family as a whole.

At first he was paid $17 a month and then $25. Receiving them, John felt guilty, finding the reward excessively inflated. In order not to waste a cent, thrifty Rockefeller from the first salary bought a small ledger, where he recorded all his expenses, and carefully kept it all his life. As for the job, it was his only job for hire. At the age of 18, John Rockefeller became a junior partner of businessman Maurice Clark.

To get on the feet of the new company helped the Civil War of 1861-1865. The fighting armies paid generously for provisions, and the partners supplied them with flour, pork and salt. By the end of the war, oil deposits had been discovered in Pennsylvania, near Cleveland, and the city was at the center of an oil fever. By 1864, Clark and Rockefeller were already in full swing with Pennsylvania oil. A year later, Rockefeller decided to focus only on oil, but Clark was against it. Then for $ 72,500, John bought his share from his partner and plunged headlong into the oil business.

Oil at any cost

In 1870, Rockefeller created his famous Standard Oil. Together with his friend and business partner Henry Flagler, he began to collect disparate oil production and refineries into a single powerful trust. Competitors could not resist him, Rockefeller put them before a choice: unification, or ruin. If the beliefs did not work, the most rigid methods were used. For example, Standard Oil reduced prices in the local market of a competitor, forcing him to work at a loss. Or Rockefeller sought to stop the supply of oil to recalcitrant refiners.

By 1879, the "war of conquest" was virtually over. The Rockefeller Company controlled 90% of the refining capacity in the United States. But in 1890, the Sherman Antitrust Act was passed to combat monopolies. Until 1911, Rockefeller and his partner managed to circumvent this law, but then Standard Oil was divided into thirty-four companies (almost all of today's major American oil companies trace their history back to Standard Oil).

"Salary" for a fly

Rockefeller was married to Laura Celestine Spelman. He once remarked, "Without her advice, I would have remained poor."

Biographers write that Rockefeller went out of his ways to teach children to work, modesty and unpretentiousness. John created a kind of model of the market economy at home: he appointed his daughter Laura as "director" and told the children to keep detailed accounting books. Each child received a few cents for a killed fly, for sharpening a pencil, for an hour of music lessons, for a day of abstinence from candy. Each of the children had their own bed in the garden, where the work of harvesting weeds also had its price. For being late for breakfast, the little Rockefellers were fined.

Owner of factories, steamships, groves

In 1917, John Rockefeller's personal fortune was estimated at 900-1200 million dollars, which was 2.5% of the then GDP of the United States. In the modern equivalent, Rockefeller owned about $ 150 billion - he still remains the richest of people. By the end of his life, Rockefeller, in addition to shares in each of the 34 "daughters", Standard Oil owned 16 railway and six steel companies, nine banks, six shipping companies, nine real estate firms and three orange groves.

Rockefeller's donations to charity for his life exceeded $ 500 million. Of these, about $ 80 million was received by the University of Chicago, at least $ 100 million - the Baptist church, the parishioners of which he and his wife were. John Rockefeller also created and funded the New York Institute for Medical Research, the Council for Universal Education, and the Rockefeller Foundation.

These are mere pennies, just not to pay taxes in full.

Business at War

The new head of the dynasty - John D. Rockefeller II (the younger) was a worthy son of his father. The First World War brought the Rockefeller family $ 500 million in net profit. World War II turned out to be an even more profitable enterprise - tank and aircraft engines required gasoline, and it was produced at Rockefeller factories around the clock. The result was $2 billion in net profits made during the war years.

Rockefeller Jr. married the daughter of one of America's most influential political figures of the early twentieth century, Senator Nelson Aldrich, who for a long period enjoyed almost the same influence in Washington as the presidents of the country.

Beetle Collector

John Rockefeller Jr. left his five sons and daughter luxurious palaces and villas. In winter, the young Rockefellers lived in New York in a nine-story family mansion. They had their own clinic, special colleges, swimming pools, tennis courts, concert and exhibition halls. The 3,000-acre Rockefeller estate has riding arenas, a velodrome, a home theater worth half a million dollars, ponds for sailing on yachts, and more. The equipment of the games room alone cost the child-loving oil king 520 thousand dollars.

When the youngest of the brothers (David) grew up, everyone got at their disposal city mansions, summer villas and other real estate necessary for social life. As for David, who heads the family's financial business today, then, according to the American press, his only hobby is collecting beetles. There are 40,000 of them in the collection, David Rockefeller, according to newspapers, always carries a bottle for caught insects.

The secrets of the Bavarian Illuminati were not immediately revealed, because this secret society carefully concealed the real goals. To understand the meaning of the doctrine of Adam Weishaupt, who became the prototype of the main character of Shelley's book "Frankenstein, or the new Prometheus", and what is the ideology of the Bavarian Illuminati, you need to consider a document known as "Satan's New Testament." The Illuminati kept it in the strictest secrecy, and it became available only in 1875, when a courier of the Bavarian Illuminati on the way from Frankfurt to Paris was killed by lightning.

Roma Abramovich and Rockefeller

Rockefeller Financial Services manages $34 billion in assets. Among them - oil and gas group "Vallares", a stake in "Johnson & Johnson", "Dell", "Procter & Gamble" and "Oracle". Most of the company's shares are owned by the Rockefeller family. The personal fortune of David Rockefeller is estimated (according to Forbes) at only $ 2.5 billion.

At the same time, the personal fortune of Russian businessman Roman Abramovich "Forbs" estimates at 10.2 billion. The Russian is actively investing in foreign companies. One of the latest major purchases is a 23.3% stake in the British telecommunications group Truphone, which cost £75 million. According to experts, Abramovich's art collection is worth at least a billion dollars. In January 2013, he bought a collection of 40 works by Ilya Kabakov, the approximate cost of which is $ 60 million.

A few years ago, Abramovich became a buyer for a 70-acre estate on the caribbean island of St. Barth. The land on which the estate is located once belonged to David Rockefeller. The cost of the new acquisition of Abramovich is 89 million dollars. The estate includes several bungalows with ocean views, tennis courts, swimming pools and dance pavilions.

The Chabad Jewish Community Center of Port Washington on Long Island in Manhasset Bay is housed in a squat brick building opposite a Shell gas station and shopping mall. This is an unremarkable house on an unremarkable street, if you do not take into account one peculiarity. The shortest paths connecting Donald Trump and Vladimir Putin run through it.

Among the richest people in Great Britain were 15 natives of the USSR, almost half of them are somehow connected with the Jewish people.

In the list of the richest people in the UK according to the newspaper The Sunday Times were 15 natives of the USSR.

The first place in the ranking is occupied by 63-year-old native of Odessa Leonard (Len) Blavatnik (32.4 billion dollars). A member of the Presidium of the Russian Jewish Congress, Blavatnik is known as a generous philanthropist and philanthropist. In 2011, he allocated £260 million for the construction of a new gallery at the Tate Modern Museum in London. The contribution was "almost unprecedented" in the history of Britain's largest centre for contemporary arts. On 17 June 2017, he was promoted to Knight Bachelor with the title "Sir" for services to philanthropy. In 2013, he was awarded the French Légion d'honnery of Honor. The philanthropist supports many Jewish and Israeli projects.

Among Russian billionaires (that is, doing business in the Russian Federation), Alisher Usmanov (Metalloinvest, Megafon) was able to rise above all in the rating (sixth place). His capital is estimated at $ 18.4 billion according to Forbes Real-Time, notes Lenta.ru.

The owner of the London "Chelsea" Roman Abramovich was in eighth place (15.4 billion dollars).

In the top twenty were co-owners of Alfa-Bank Mikhail Fridman and German Khan. The third co-owner of the bank Alexey Kuzmichev is located on the 34th place.

In addition, the rating includes the founders of the playrix game studio Igor and Dmitry Buchman, former Deputy Minister of Communications of Russia Denis Sverdlov, creator of dating apps Andrei Andreev, widow of the ex-mayor of Moscow Elena Baturina, head of the fintech startup Revolut Nikolai Storonsky, former director of Togliattiazot Vladimir Makhlai, widow of Georgian billionaire Badri Patarkatsishvili Inna Gudavadze and Kazakh businessman Vladimir Kim.

The total wealth of billionaires for the year jumped by almost 22 percent. The list of UK billionaires increased by 24 people over the year, which was a record figure for 33 years.

As you can see, Russian Englishmen, including those of Jewish origin, have become a very noticeable phenomenon in British business (there are four ex-Soviet Jews in the top twenty). Some of them also have Israeli citizenship.

In second place in this list, after Blavatnik, there are also Jews - natives of India David and Simon Reuven.

The Anti-Corruption Foundation asked AMERICAN President Joe Biden to take restrictive measures against 35 high-ranking Russians close to President Vladimir Putin: businessman Roman Abramovich, the head of the Ministry of Health Mikhail Murashko, the head of the FSB Alexander Bortnikov, the press secretary of the president Dmitry Peskov and others. The statement said that some of this list is already under US sanctions.

Russian roulette ETO

A dangerous game with firearms. Participants of the game insert one cartridge into the chamber of the revolver drum, spin the drum, put the muzzle to the temple and pull the trigger. Depending on how much the revolver has a chamber, the player has a corresponding survival coefficient (1 in 6, 1 in 7, etc.). This is what concerns, so to speak, the classic version of the game of Russian roulette.

The history of the game has much more options. For example, in the six-shot drum of the revolver you can insert not one cartridge, but several. For the most desperate, this number can be 5 out of 6 or 6 out of 7.

There is an option when, instead of the temple, the muzzle of the revolver is attached to the arm or leg. In this case, the participants risk their lives, of course, less (although it still remains due to possible infection or loss of blood before death), but the risk to health, of course, remains. By the way, if after each pull of the trigger the player does not rotate the reel, then the chances that a shot will occur increase multiples.

About who and when came up with this extreme occupation is very difficult to reliably say. It is widely believed that the earliest recorded mention of this game under the name "Russian roulette" refers to 1937, when in the American edition of "Collier's Weekly" it was described from the words of a French soldier. He allegedly watched as it was played by officers of the Russian tsarist army during the First World War. There are cases that described similar games, but were not directly called Russian roulette. For example, one of the heroes of the novel "Hero of Our Time" M.Y. Lermontov does something similar with a single-shot flint gun, which often gives misfires and, accordingly, a chance for survival. In the novel "Zurbagan shooter" by A.S. Green, a similar game is also described.

Different sources give different versions of the appearance of this entertainment. Some argue that in the XIX-XX centuries, the guards at hard labor forced prisoners to play this game (and the descent was most often pressed by the guards themselves), while making bets. Others say that with the advent of the first revolvers in the Russian army, officers played roulette during gatherings in order to demonstrate their courage and contempt for death. In case of failure, the deceased was written off as combat losses, but the army leadership tried to combat this phenomenon up to the deprivation of servicemen of all awards and ranks. There is also information that Russian officers captured by the Turks played roulette in disregard for death.

In fact, to say where and when this dangerous game appeared is difficult, and rather impossible. Perhaps, indeed, it arose in the Russian army among the officers. Although it is likely that their options existed in different countries, for example, in the United States 🇺🇸

In general, it became known for some reason under the name "Russian roulette", perhaps because of the mention in the above American magazine.

And the fact that this roulette is now playing cowboy 🤠 Joe, there is no doubt. And Joe charged seven rounds at once: 6 in the drum and one in the barrel. He walks and brandishes this revolver in front of the nose of American citizens holding it in his left hand, and in his right syringe 💉 with poison. Walks and shakes in the face of the whole world this composition does not understand at all, the composition will definitely shoot ...
