Why is it important less to worry about coronavirus?

The COVID-19 pandemic has a negative impact not only on the general state of the countries but also on the psychological health of people. A large amount of untested emotionally manipulated information can easily cause unnecessary stress, fear and anxiety. Care for emotional health will help you think clearly and respond to urgent needs to protect yourself and your loved ones.


Stress can often have adverse effects:

 • Exacerbation of chronic health problems;

 • Changes in sleep or diet;

 • Sleep or focus disorders;

 • Increasing dependence on bad habits.


UAS recommends. Quarantine is a good opportunity to start something new. To maintain emotional health:

▪️Start a healthy lifestyle. Adhere to a diet, stay in your sleep regime, exercise, communicate online with your loved ones and friends.

▪️Do not try to cope with emotional stress with alcohol or cigarettes. In difficult times, it is best to consult a healthcare provider.

▪️Find proven information resources that use trusted sources.

▪️Limit the time of watching or listening to media that brings fear and anxiety.

▪️Develop hobbies, habits, or other skills that help you manage emotions and increase your overall mental health.
