Changes in transport connection during the quarantine in Ukraine caused by the COVID-19 pandemic 

Yesterday, the Government passed the resolution on additional restrictions in cause of the coronary threat. The changes relate to the border crossing and movement between regions, towns and cities:

Crossing the state border at the entrance to Ukraine. International connection with Ukraine has been terminated as from today. It is also prohibited moving by foot over checkpoints. If overseas, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs recommends registering on the DRUG website and liaising with the Consulate. 

Transport operations: intercity road, intercity / rail / aviation services will cease on March 18. The subway will be closed on March 17. Number of passengers cannot be over 10 in buses, trams and trolleybuses. 

No restrictions apply to personal road transport.
