During quarantine, physical activity is minimized. To help students, the cult and sports department at UAS offers you how to play sports from the comfort of your home.
Yoga is a kind of physical activity that comes from the East. Yoga helps to better understand the body, develops muscle endurance and flexibility. Indian people believed that the practice of yoga has a healing effect and helps to overcome a variety of ailments. That is why we suggest doing yoga.
The new quarantine media program section will be published every two days. On the Association's Instagram page, we will post pictures of positions for the exercises. You repeat, publish the photo in the page and marked UAS, specify the number and name of the exercise. We publish the most creative stories on the Association's account. Give the baton to your friends.
