There have been many mouthpieces of the elites up through history to the present talking about the desirability of a “culling of the human herd”. The people who are behind the creation of the COVID-19 virus must make sure not to fall victim to their own creation. Only those who do not belong to the inner circle are supposed to die from the virus.
The ruling elites became aware that a virus that was reliant on an enzyme that that not existed in healthy human metabolism was ideal. Only a retrovirus fits this bill. All other viruses exclusively rely on the human hosts enzymes and to block these enzymes to kill a virus will also kill the host/human.
Also a retrovirus exists as a blueprint in the human DNA of the cells that previously has been infected. The virus “awakens from the dead” from this blueprint and the infection starts all over again.

The perpetrators of the attempt to exterminate 6.5 billion people, if the Georgia Guidestones is taken as a guide, need to protect themselves against extermination from the virus they have created. They will have to ingest the potion that will keep them uninfected an impervious to their viral creation.
The potion against retrovirus is Lamivudine (or other reverse transcriptase inhibitor (RTI)).

1) Make a RTI dosage protocol
Another factor to be determined is: What is the ideal dosage of Lamivudine to prevent an infection in the hoy oligoi . Not only must the retrovirus be prevented from causing serious morbidity or death to the ruling elites and their minions, but it must also be prevented from making a blueprint of itself in the human genome/DNA , which can reactivate into a new active infection (viremia – lots of active viruses in the blood) like in HIV/AIDS.

The article says that there were at least four studies consisting of 2000 to 5000 individuals each.
The individuals were all HIV-negative at the beginning of the studies. They were all involved in behavior that increased the risk of contracting HIV. They were either female prostitutes or male homosexual prostitutes or male homosexuals involved promiscuous sex. They were given either a reverse transcriptase inhibitor (RTI) or placebo. In all probability they were given different types of RTIs in different doses. The participants were tested for seroconversion (i.e. tested for having contracted the HIV-infection). The result is stated as being a failure in protecting the participants against HIV. This is of course a untruthful, deceptive statement since HIV positive patients that uses RTIs don’t progress into AIDs and do not have HIV virus in their blood (only as blueprints in their DNA) so the participants would have been 100% protected if the tablets were taken as prescribed and they were given RTI in effective doses. The purpose with this test was not to help sexual promiscuous persons and prostitutes to avoid getting HIV but to ascertain an effective dosage for select persons, the ruling elites, when a retrovirus pandemic was willingly unleashed on the world population. The drug used according to the paper is a medication (tablet) called Truvada produced by a company called Gilead Sciences located in the San Francisco area. Truvada is a combination of two drugs called Emtricitabine and Tenofovir disoproxil that both are reverse transcriptase inhibitors (RTIs). Dr. Fauci has most certainly found the most effective dosage of RTI to prevent a retrovirus-infection.
The treatment/prophylaxis will be equally effective for all designer made retroviruses like the current COVID-19 and the Ebola-virus version 2014.
The published results (failure to prevent HIV/ retrovirus infection) are smoke and mirrors and deceptions. They don’t want irresponsible sexually frivolous persons to clamor for and demand prophylactic treatment.
Again it is prophylactic treatment for the ruling elites.
2) Aquire the life-saving RTIs surreptitiously in ample quantities for the the elites
South Africa is the country that is hardest hit by the HIV/AIDS epidemic.

Limpopo, referenced below in the article citation, that is located in the northern Transvaal region is again the hardest hit with HIV within South Africa - 30% prevalence according to WHO. So it is natural that the region with the highest demand for antiretroviral medicine reports of lacking supplies first.

The medication cited as missing in the article are: tenofovir, lamivudine, emtricitabine, abacavir and efavirenz. All of these medicines are reverse transcriptase inhibitors (RTIs).

3) Distribute RTIs to the elites in a way so that no one is the wiser.
So where did all these therapeutic chemicals/ reverse transcriptase inhibitors (RTIs) go. I assert that they went into production of prophylactic medication for the ruling elites and their followers. This coterie of elitists consists of probably several millions of people. So to make a prophylactic supply to all of them would certainly affect general global availability. The medicine would have to be supplied to the preselected survivors in an inconspicuous manner and not as ordinary pill-boxes to avoid suspicion from the general public as exemplified below.
The product below is in all probability the real source of Lamivudine/RTI in camouflaged form to the preselected survivors/ elites.
