1. What is SuperBoard?
SuperBoard is a smart keyboard for iOS that uses artificial intelligence to help you write faster, more accurately, and more creatively. Think of it as a personal writing assistant built right into your keyboard.
2. How do I install SuperBoard?
After downloading the app from the App Store, follow these steps:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
- Go to General > Keyboard > Keyboards.
- Tap Add New Keyboard... and select SuperBoard from the list.
- Tap on SuperBoard in your list of added keyboards and toggle on "Allow Full Access".
3. Why does the keyboard need "Full Access"?
"Full Access" is required for our AI features, such as grammar correction, translation, and paraphrasing, to function. It allows the keyboard to communicate with the main SuperBoard app on your phone to process text. Importantly: we do not track or save your keystrokes. All processing happens on your device.
4. Is SuperBoard free?
You can download and use SuperBoard as a standard keyboard for typing free of charge. All smart AI features (AI Voice, Fix Grammar, Continue Text, Translate, and others) are available exclusively with a SuperBoard Pro subscription.
5. Can I get a refund for my subscription?
All purchases and subscriptions are processed directly through Apple's App Store. According to their policy, developers do not have the ability to issue refunds themselves. Users can request a refund through Apple's support system, but all refund decisions are made by Apple and are typically final.

1. How does AI Voice work?
Simply tap the microphone icon and start dictating. SuperBoard not only converts your speech to text but also analyzes the context to fix errors, add punctuation, and adapt the text to fit the intended meaning, making it sound natural and readable.
2. What does "Fix Grammar" do?
This feature checks your text for grammatical, spelling, and punctuation errors. It offers real-time corrections to ensure your messages are always flawless.
3. How do I use "Continue Text"?
If you have writer's block or don't know how to finish a sentence, write the beginning and tap "Continue Text." Our AI will suggest several logical and creative ways to complete your thought.
4. What is the "Paraphrase" feature for?
Highlight a piece of text and select "Paraphrase" to get several alternative ways to express the same idea. It's perfect for avoiding repetition and making your writing more dynamic.
5. How do I change the text's tone with "Style"?
Wrote something that sounds too formal? Or maybe too casual? The "Style" feature lets you instantly change the tone of your message to be more professional, friendly, confident, or something else entirely.
6. How does "Translate" work?
Write text in your native language, highlight it, and choose the "Translate" feature. SuperBoard will translate it into dozens of other languages right in the text field, without needing to switch to another app.
Privacy & Security
1. Do you collect the data I type?
No. Your privacy is our top priority. We do not collect, read, or store the text you type with the SuperBoard keyboard.
2. Where is my text processed?
For the vast majority of AI features, all text processing happens locally on your device. This means your private conversations, passwords, and any other information you type never leave your phone and are never sent to our servers.
3. Is SuperBoard safe to use?
Absolutely. Because we adhere to a policy of on-device data processing, using SuperBoard is as safe as using the standard iOS keyboard.
