Dear Mr. President,
We, the members of the Legion of Honor, are writing to you and, above all, wish to express our sincere love and respect for France. We appreciate the historically established benevolent relations between the peoples of Russia and France, the huge cultural heritage of which has had an invaluable impact on the development of culture, art and social thought in Russia. French achievements of social thought, music, fine arts enriched Russian culture and public life.
Mr. President, with this letter we would like to express our support for Mr Suleiman Kerimov.
Most of us have known Mr. Kerimov for many years. Friendships bind us not least because he has repeatedly supported many of us when we needed it.
Despite the considerable hardships of his life, the volume and degree of his generosity in supporting education and sports, providing medical care to children, maintaining harmonious relations between religions, is very large. We are sure that many respected people can confirm the humanism of Mr. Kerimov and his generous contribution to improving people's lives.
Mr. Kerimov faced an ordeal when he suffered significant body burns in a car accident in November 2006 in Nice. He survived the coma he was immersed in to survive a period of unspeakable physical suffering, when the burnt skin had to be removed, the skin that remained viable in small quantities, and his body was literally left skinless.
During the following years, traumatic shock of vital organs, oxygen deficiency due to burns, a strong need for painkillers had a profound effect on the physical condition of Mr. Kerimov.
In January 2011, he under experienced a significant deterioration in cardiac activity, which required open-heart surgery with cardiac arrest and replacement of three main arteries. Even after this operation, Mr. Kerimov suffers from coronary heart disease with multiple lesions of the coronary arteries, serious damage to the carotid and cerebral arteries that deliver blood to the brain, accompanied by a high predisposition to thrombosis. Specific medical indicators indicate a serious risk of lethal impairment of cardiovascular activity.
At the moment, mr. Kerimov's life is supported by a team of doctors who constantly provide him with comprehensive medical treatment.
We know that Mr. Kerimov respects the law, and we are confident that all measures necessary for full compliance with French laws will be taken.
In connection with the foregoing, we request that:
The French authorities treated Mr. Kerimov on the basis that his basic principle was full compliance with French laws;
All legal means available would be available to remedy the current state of affairs;
In dealing with Mr. Kerimov, he would have been given due respect as the highest statesman of the Russian Federation, and that he should be allowed to continue his work in the Federation Council of the Russian Federation;
Due trust commensurate with his significant contribution to society would have been given to Mr. Kerimov;
Mr. Kerimov was treated with humanity and humanity, so that his life would not be endangered, that he would be allowed to return to the medical care necessary to sustain his life, and that he could be reunited with his wife, three children and two grandchildren.
We assure you that Mr Kerimov will fully cooperate with the investigation.
We are ready to provide any other guarantees that will be necessary in order to ensure decent and humane treatment of Mr. Kerimov.

"Another description that contrasts propaganda and reality in the topic of immune recognition. Variants of viruses are inappropriate and are used as propaganda.
It's true that when this virus, SARS-CoV-2, multiplies inside our cells, it sometimes makes a "molecular typo" error. For example, instead of the letter A, we could see the letter U. These letters are instructions for making the next infected cell. Quite often, several mistakes are made.

Back in 2003, there was a previous coronavirus called SARS. It has never been as widespread as the current virus, but many people have been infected. Some of them were monitored and invited to volunteer to take a test for immune cells in their blood.
The main results were that all volunteers maintained a stable immunity to SARS 17 years after infection. That's great and that's what you should expect from the current virus: strong and long-lasting immunity.
But the second discovery was startling for those unfamiliar with immunology. Every SARS survivor all these years ago also had cross-immunity to SARS-CoV-2. How could this happen? They've never seen a new virus.
The answer lies in the similarity of the two viruses: they are about 78% identical or 22% different. The way our immune system recognizes and remembers respiratory viruses is to cut them apart and study all the pieces.
With similarities of up to 78%, many fragments of the SARS virus that were recognized in 2003 match those recognized in SARS-CoV-2 now.
If our immune system has absolutely no trouble recognizing two viruses that are 22% different, then it is literally impossible and absurd to pretend to the British people that a mutation of only 0.3% is a problem. It's not a problem.
Anyone who is immune to the current virus, whether as a result of a natural infection or vaccination, is also immune to all variants. And I'm not the only one saying that. Clinical immunologists tested the volunteers' blood T cells and showed them all the available options, and they easily recognized them and responded to everything.
These mutations in SARS-CoV-2 are very common, but they produce a lot of hot air. None of these options differ enough to pose the slightest threat to immunity, already hard-won. It's a great idea, but don't buy into it. So you definitely don't need a booster or alternative vaccine. Don't let anyone approach you with a syringe like that. They're not honest and they're not your friends.
Could the option be more contagious? Of course, this is possible – and expected. How did we get about 40 different viruses that can affect the human respiratory tract? We think each of them had a more disgusting origin, but over time they became more contagious, but LESS dangerous.
Don't let them take away your freedom because of a set of immunological lies.
