The Terms of Use (“Terms”) have been developed by us to establish the rules for the use of and access to our Website, Telegram Bot and any other Services provided by our Company and apply to all our Users without exception. These Terms constitute a mutual agreement between our Company and You for Your use of our Services or facilities.


You should read these Terms carefully before You start using this Website, Telegram Bot or any of our Services or facilities. If You start using our Services and facilities, You automatically confirm that You have read, understand, accept, and will abide by these Terms and agree to be bound by the demands of the provisions of our Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Policy.

You agree to use our Website, Telegram Bot, and Services only for lawful purposes.

Please note! If You do not agree with these Terms or any of the provisions set forth herein, please leave this Website or Telegram Bot and don’t start using it.

2. Definitions

The terms used in these Terms of Use have the following meanings:

  • “AML Policy” means rules of conduct which have been established to provide internal controls and procedures to prevent the misuse of its business for the purposes of money laundering, terrorist financing and to ensure compliance with international sanctions by our Company.
  • “Anti Money Laundering” (“AML”) means a set of rules and procedures designed to prevent the legalization (laundering) of the proceeds of crime through our Services and Services. 
  • “Account” means a personal record of the User after registration on the Telegram Bot. 
  • “Cryptocurrency” means a digital representation of value that does not possess a legal status of currency or money, that is not issued or guaranteed by a central bank or any other public authority, is not necessarily attached to a currency, but is accepted by natural or legal persons as a means of exchange and which can be transferred, stored, traded, exchanged, invested and used for settlement electronically (e.g., bitcoin, ether, solana, etc.).
  • “Transactions” shall be understood as a record of a Deposit, Withdrawal or other transaction to, from or within the Account that is technically executed by the 001k.bot in accordance with a User's Deposit/Withdrawal request or a Trade Order.
  • “Deposit” means a transaction that involves transferring funds to Your Аccount.
  • “Fee” means a commission or other costs, charged by the Company for the use of Services.
  • “Fiat Money (Fiat Currency)” means a currency that is legal tender in the territory of one or more states and is expressed in physical form.
  • “Force Majeure” means unforeseen circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Company and the Users that make it impossible or difficult for the Company and the Users to fulfill their obligations. The list of such circumstances is described in Section 15 of these Terms.
  • “Funds” means Fiat Money (Fiat Currency) or/and Cryptocurrency.
  • “Know Your Client” (“KYC”) means a set of measures and procedures designed to verify customers, ensuring thorough verification and risk assessment in all customer relationships. 
  • “Law” (or “Applicable Law”) means all applicable laws, regulations, decrees, decisions, resolutions, and orders issued by the competent authorities of the jurisdiction in which the relevant Company entity, the User, or their respective transactions are subject to regulation.
  • “Money Laundering” means:

1. the conversion or transfer of property, knowing that such property is derived from criminal activity or from an act of participation in such activity, for the purpose of concealing or disguising the illicit origin of the property or of assisting any person who is involved in the commission of such an activity to evade the legal consequences of that person’s action;

2. the concealment or disguise of the true nature, source, location, disposition, movement, rights with respect to, or ownership of, property, knowing that such property is derived from criminal activity or from an act of participation in such an activity;

3. the acquisition, possession or use of property, knowing, at the time of receipt, that such property was derived from criminal activity or from an act of participation in such an activity;

4. participation in, association to commit, attempts to commit and aiding, abetting, facilitating and counseling the commission of any of the actions referred to in points 1, 2 and 3.

  • “Order“ means a User's offer to make a Deposit, Withdrawal and/or a Trade to the User's account, from the User's account or within the User's account.
  • “Parties” means 001K bot and the User(s).
  • “Personal Data” shall be understood as a certain data that allows the client to be identified (e.g., full name, date of birth, verified address, photo, identity documents, etc.)  
  • “Privacy Policy” means rules of personal data collection, storage, and use, developed  in accordance with the applicable law.
  • “Prohibited Countries” means a country or territory that is subject to sanctions administered or applied by any sanctions authority, as well as countries where special licenses are required. They are not serviced by our Company. These countries include: Afghanistan, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Burundi, Central African Republic, China, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Eritrea, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Myanmar (Burma), Nicaragua, North Korea (DPRK), Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Tunisia, Venezuela, Yemen, Zimbabwe, Abkhazia, Cambodia, Crimea (region of Ukraine), Donetsk (region of Ukraine), Federal Republic of Ambazonia, Gabon, Honduras, Kosovo, Luhansk (region of Ukraine), Niger, Pakistan, South Ossetia, Tajikistan, Transnistria, Turkmenistan, Australia, Canada, Japan, New Zealand, United Kingdom, United States of America (USA).
  • “Politically exposed persons” or “PEP” shall mean natural persons who are or who have been entrusted with prominent public functions as well as their family members or close associates of such persons.
  • “Services” means all and any services provided by the Company hrough the Website and/or Telegram Bot. With the help of the Bot, You can get the following Services: Exchange, Acquiring, and Wallet. You can learn more about our Services in Section 8 of these Terms of Use.
  • “Telegram” means a messaging application that allows You to send messages, photos, videos, and files of any type, create groups or channels, and more. 
  • “Terrorist Financing” (“TF”) means a provision or collection of funds, by any means, directly or indirectly, with the intention that they are used or in the knowledge that they are to be used, in full or in part, in order to carry out any of the offenses within the meaning of Article 2 of the International Convention for the Suppression of the Financing of Terrorism of 9 December 1999.
  • “Trade” means the exchange of a User's cryptocurrency for a cryptocurrency owned by another User. In no case, such trading shall be considered and interpreted as margin trading.
  • “User(s)”, or “You” shall mean an individual with full civil capacity or a legal entity that uses our Website, Telegram Bot, or Service, and agree to comply with the Terms of Use.
  • “Website” means the Website at https://001k.bot/. 
  • “Withdrawal” means a transaction that involves the transfer of Funds from the Account.  
  • “001k.bot”, “Telegram Bot” or “Bot” means a secure digital wallet that allows Users of our Services to store, exchange, buy and sell digital currency (https://t.me/OO1kBOT).

Terms not expressly defined herein shall be interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction of the Company providing the relevant service.

The use of the above terms or other words in the singular, plural, capitalized and/or he/she or they are interchangeable and refer to the same thing.


User Classification and Service Eligibility

Following the completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures, each user shall be assigned a specific internal classification ("Tag") based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, the user’s country of residence, the intended purpose of use of the services, and the scope of services requested.

This Tag determines the eligibility and extent of services provided to the user by the Company. The Company, “001k.bot”, “We”, or “Us” refers collectively to the group of legal entities including, but not limited to:

The Tag assigned to each user may impact access to specific features, transaction limits, fiat and crypto processing options, and any other operational or regulatory limitations. We reserve the right to modify a user’s Tag or restrict services accordingly in order to comply with applicable legal, regulatory, or internal risk management requirements.

It is the sole responsibility of the user to ensure that access to and use of the services is lawful and permitted in their jurisdiction. The Company does not guarantee that its services are appropriate or available in all locations.


3. Content of the Website and 001k.bot

When You visit our Website, You will see step-by-step instructions on how to use 001k.bot. You will also find the following sections there: “TERMS OF USE”, “PRIVACY POLICY”, “AML/KYC/CTF”.

Sections and content of the Website are subject to change.

By clicking the "TRY NOW" button, You will be redirected to our 001k.bot via the specified link in the Telegram.

Welcome to the 001k.bot homepage — Crypto wallet with lightning fast swaps. In order to start using our Services and register Your Account, You need to click the "Get Started" button.

In 001k.bot You can find the following sections:

  • Main Menu (/menu) — here You can choose an action: Wallet, Swap, Settings, or Info;
  • If You’re lost (/help) — here is a description of 001k.bot Services and a link to the Terms of Use (By using the service You agree to the rules);
  • Start (/start) — here is a description of 001k.bot Services and a link to the Terms of Use (By using the service You agree to the rules);
  • Your Balances. Deposit/Withdrawal (/wallet) — here You can see the balance of Your Fiat money and Cryptocurrency;
  • Converting internal balances (/swap) — here You can see Your balance of Funds and buy or sell them;
  • Settings (/settings) — here You can select the following options:

○ Verification — Your current #KYC status is displayed here;

○ Language — You can select a language from the following: Ukrainian, Russian, English, German;

○ 2FA — Two-factor authentication (2FA) is an additional layer of protection for Your account using a code only You know. More information about 2FA here. You can add 2FA on Your account by clicking the special button in 001k.bot;

○ Activate a promo code — here You can enter a promo code.

001k.bot immediately assigns You Your UID and shows whether You are an authorized user.

In the section “Wallet” Users can see how much Fiat currency and Cryptocurrency they have on their account. Here You can take the following steps: “Deposit”, “Send”, “Swap”, “Transaction History” and “Activate a promo code”.

The Company reserves the right to expand or reduce the types of fiat currency and cryptocurrency we offer to our Users at any time.

If You select “Swap”, You will see the balance of Your Funds and You can buy or sell currency, see Your Exchange History and go to Wallet.

By going to the section “Info”, You can find out the following:

We reserve the right to change the appearance of 001k.bot, its sections, their sub-sections, lists of fiat currency and cryptocurrencies, the list of 001k.bot languages, and any other materials or links contained therein and related to its operation.


4. Verification and Account Creating

When You visit our 001k.bot, it automatically assigns You a UID code. 

However, in order to start using our Services, You need to pass verification KYC as specified in our AML/CFT Policy, which You can find on our Website.

In order to undergo verification, You need to go to the Settings section of 001k.bot and select the Verification option to undergo the KYC procedure. Next, click on the "Start KYC" button, then "Get link to KYC". 001k.bot will send You a link that will direct You to the SumSub Website to start KYC.

Please note that the link is valid for 24 hours, according to the hour set by Coordinated Universal Time (UTC).

By clicking on the link, You start the Verification procedure. You can choose the language in which You want to complete the Verification.

Attention: To open a corporate Account We must:

1. Verify the identity of the company representative.

2. Verify the identity of all shareholders and beneficial owners of the company.

3. Verify the documents that fully confirm the existence of the company.

Verification for individuals consists of the following steps: 

Step 1. Provide your personal details and address

Step 2. Email and phone verification.

Step 3. Provide an identity document.

Step 4. Perform a liveness check.

Step 5. Questionnaire.

Verification for legal entities consists of the following steps: 

Step 1. Provide Legal name, address and contact details

Step 2. Provide an identity document for the company representative.

Step 3. Perform a liveness check for the company representative.

Step 4. Phone and Email verification.

Step 5. Questionnaire (within the questionnaire it is necessary to provide information, including documents, about shareholders, beneficial owners, and the company).

You can refer to our AML/CFT Policy, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy to find out what information we collect during Your registration and verification.

Congratulations, Your Account is registered and You can use it!

Attention: One user can have only one Аccount.


5. Termination and Suspension

We draw attention to your compliance with these Terms. In order to ensure your uninterrupted access to the Services provided by our Company, as well as to avoid violations by Users, this section describes the terms and procedures related to the termination and suspension of Accounts.

If You have created an account for the purpose of illegal use, we may suspend any transactions related to such account, deactivate it, and notify the competent authorities of the violation of applicable law.

 In the event that another person gains unauthorized access to Your Account, You must immediately notify us by sending a message to our Support Service.

 We have the right to temporarily restrict the Account, suspend it, as well as block/cancel it or stop providing the Services to the User or stop conducting transactions. This may happen (including, but not limited to) if You:

  • Violate these Terms;
  • Perform illegal actions;
  • Your Account does not meet the requirements and criteria set forth in this Terms;
  • In case of suspicious activity; 
  • In case of requests from regulatory authorities; 
  • As a precautionary measure against potential violations;
  • The purpose of Your transactions is to carry out illegal activities in particular, it may be: 

○ money laundering or terrorist financing, corruption or other actions that are contrary to applicable law;

○ if cooperation with You will have negative results for our Company, including our business reputation; 

○ if there is a decision of a competent authority or court prohibiting the relevant cooperation with You; 

○ if You have not provided complete, up-to-date or additional information; 

○ if You have not provided complete, up-to-date or additional information.

We may determine the need to close or suspend your Аccount depending on the frequency of violations and their severity. This decision is made on a reasoned basis.

Your Account will also be deactivated if You have not used it for trading for a year or more or a month from the date of Your registration, as well as in other cases.

Upon termination, Users will have a specified period to withdraw any remaining funds or assets from their account in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. In some cases, such withdrawal may not be possible.

In case of restriction, suspension, blocking or cancellation of the Account, You will receive a notification by Your email or in Telegram Bot.

You may appeal the termination decision by contacting our Support Service and explaining your position.

If You decide to deactivate Your Account, please send a request to our Support Service via the email address — support@001k.bot.


6. User's Eligibility Criteria and User's Conduct 

Our Company adheres to the following eligibility criteria for Users:

  • If You are a legal entity, You represent and warrant that You are duly incorporated, registered, and operating in the countries where our Services are available and legitimate by registering for an Account. If You are acting as a representative of a legal entity, You must provide documents confirming Your authority.
  • If You are an individual, You represent and warrant that You are of full legal age and reside in countries where our Services are available and legal to use.

Please note that we do not cooperate with Users from countries that are included in the lists of restricted or prohibited countries (the list of which You can find in detail in our AML/CFT Policy or in Section 2 of these Terms “Definitions”), who are citizens or residents of such countries, have a registered residence or office in such countries, as well as with Users who are subject to any sanctions imposed by the competent authorities of such countries, including if You are subject to regional or national sanctions.

You agree and confirm that You will not carry out any type of Transactions with persons or legal entities from countries that are included in the lists of restricted or prohibited countries, as well as if any type of sanctions are imposed on a person or legal entity.

  • You are not a politically exposed person, 
  • You do not have a previously registered Account on our Telegram Bot, 
  • The information and data You provide during the verification process are accurate, legal, up-to-date and belong to You.


If You do not meet or cease to meet the criteria set forth in this section, we may refuse to provide You with the Services, freeze or deactivate Your Account.

Our Users have the right to:

- to choose the type of Service he/she wants to receive;

- to receive professional and responsive support from the Company and its representatives while using our Website, Telegram Bot, and related Services;

- to contact our Support Service in case of any questions or problems related to our Website, Telegram Bot or Services.

Our Users are also obliged to:

- comply with these Terms and timely familiarize themselves with their current version;

- use our Website, Telegram Bot and Services in good faith;

- comply with the Warranties set forth in these Terms;

- comply with other obligations set forth in all sections of these Terms of Use.


7. User Representations and Warranties

By cooperating with our Company, You agree, warrant and confirm the following:

  1. You have read, understand, accept and will comply with our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and AML/KYC/CTF policies;
  2. You may create only one account and only for Your own use;
  3. You may not share Your Account login and password with any third parties;
  4. You may not use our Services anonymously or attempt to circumvent any restrictions imposed by Us;
  5. You may not hide Your location. If we have any doubts about this, we may ask You to confirm Your exact location;
  6. During the verification and registration of the Account, You provide only relevant and true information about Yourself. If such information changes, You must notify us immediately and provide supporting documents, if necessary;
  7. You will use our Website, Telegram Bot and Services only for lawful activities and will comply with all laws, regulations, etc.;
  8. You are solely responsible for the security of Your credentials, and therefore any risks and consequences associated with unauthorized access to Your credentials are Your sole responsibility;
  9. You will not engage in activities that may overburden or disable 001k.bot;
  10. You have not been previously banned, restricted or blocked from our Website or Telegram Bot.

Attention! In case of failure to comply with these Guarantees, we may stop providing You with the Services.


8. Services

Using the 001k.bot You can:

However, You cannot carry out any transactions with Cryptocurrency and Fiat Currency). You will get full access after passing the verification and Account registration;

Therefore, we provide Exchange, Acquiring, Wallet, and AML Screening Services.

To start using our Services, You need to deposit to Your account. You can deposit or withdraw Your balance using various methods. We support various deposit methods, including but not limited to credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and virtual currency wallets; however, availability may vary depending on your country of residence. You acknowledge that You understand that the time of crediting Your deposit may vary depending on the payment method. Sometimes the funds may be credited immediately, and sometimes it may take some time. Some deposit and withdrawal methods may not work due to technical issues on the part of the provider and depending on Your location.

Please note that You cannot exchange fiat currency for fiat currency using our Bot.

You can use Your Wallet to make withdrawals, deposits, exchanges, etc. The wallet supports popular payment methods such as Visa, MasterCard, USDT, and more. 

We are not responsible for the incorrect address of Your wallet. If You have specified an incorrect wallet for Your withdrawal and if Your withdrawal request was submitted with a status of "Completed", Your funds will be lost. If Your transaction has not yet received the required number of confirmations to complete the transaction, please contact our Support Service with Your withdrawal ID. 

You can exchange one type of cryptocurrency for the same or another, exchange cryptocurrency for fiat currency or vice versa. The price and settlement amounts are approximate and reflect information about the last trade executed.

This does not guarantee in any way that Your order will execute at the price You specified earlier. The amount to be credited will depend on current market conditions, namely the supply and demand ratio.

We also offer acquiring Services with flexible commission rates.

You can also withdraw funds. The limits for crediting funds are determined by the bank. You can send an unlimited amount of funds from our bot, but this does not guarantee that the bank will credit them. Therefore, some payments may not be received in full and will be recalculated by the system. In any case, the unpaid amount will be returned to Your balance. You can always try to transfer money again or make a payment to a card of another bank.

A buy/sell order takes time to execute. If Your order does not get executed status for a long time, just wait. The time of order execution depends on the supply/demand ratio and price fluctuations in the market. It is very likely that an order will not be executed, since there is no supply on the market with the same volume and price level.

Once an order is executed, it cannot be canceled.

You confirm that You understand all risks associated with the purchase and sale of Cryptocurrency. We recommend that You carry out transactions with Cryptoassets within Your financial capabilities and take a responsible attitude to it. 

 We do not guarantee market liquidity or a certain value of the Cryptocurrency. 

AML Screening Service

For verified Users, we additionally offer on-demand AML checks on wallet addresses or specific crypto-asset transactions. These services are available via a dedicated user friendly interface and are performed using blockchain analytics tool.

Users can purchase checks individually or as part of a package. Package purchases are credited to the User’s balance as AML check tokens and used automatically. If no tokens are available, the fee is deducted in supported crypto-assets.

This service is optional, intended for enhanced counterparty awareness, and does not constitute legal or compliance advice.

We reserve the right to expand or narrow the list of Services we provide and to offer other Services not explicitly specified within these Terms.
