9. Fees and taxes

You may be charged a fee for Your actions on our platforms. These may include exchange fees, withdrawal and deposit fees, additional service fees, etc. The user is responsible for paying such fees, as well as fees that may be additionally charged by other financial institutions when transferring money to or from 001k.bot.

 All fees and applicable charges are described in our 001k.bot and in the User's account. However, in the event of changes in regulatory requirements, our costs or market conditions, etc., we may change our fees. Users will be notified of such changes in advance through our communication tools:

• exchange fee — usually covers the costs of converting one currency to another; it is calculated according to the types of currencies and the amount of the transaction;
• withdrawal and deposit fees — covers the costs associated with transferring cryptocurrencies and processing the transaction; depends on the payment method and currency type;
• additional service fees — applied in case the Company provides other special Services. If the User chooses such Services, he/she is informed about additional fees.

At the time You confirm Your exchange request, the exchange rate may change due to market volatility. The amount to be deducted or credited depends on the progress of Your order.

We recommend that our Users review updates and changes to fees and charges.

The User is responsible for any taxes that have been withheld or assessed or are due and payable, etc. in connection with the use of our Services. You are also responsible for reporting, remitting taxes, etc. to the competent tax authority.

10. Intellectual property rights

The content of our Website, Telegram Bot and all intellectual property rights related to them and our Services, trademarks, logos, etc. are the exclusive property of the Company and are protected by applicable laws (including local, national and international intellectual property laws and regulations).

Our Company, together with its directors, employees, Service providers, etc., shall not be liable for any losses incurred by the User in connection with the use of our Website, Telegram Bot and the use of our Services.

We work with cryptocurrencies and technologies that are beyond our sole control, any kind of changes may affect the operation of Services related to blockchain technologies.

001K BOT is not responsible for any liability resulting from the User entering incorrect information regarding any data relating to him or her, or in the event of a third party refusing to conduct transactions or in the event of problems with access to the Account.

We also do not guarantee the functional and operational support of the Website and Telegram Bot.  If You are reasonably dissatisfied with the support provided, You may send a complaint (with a detailed description of the events) to our Support Service email address against the actions of our employee. We will definitely consider such a complaint and provide You with a reasoned response.

18. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Use, along with all matters related to their interpretation and implementation during the User’s use of our Website, Telegram Bot, and Services, shall be governed by the applicable law of the jurisdiction of the Company entity providing the relevant service. This ensures that both the Company and the User are subject to the appropriate legal and regulatory framework based on the governing jurisdiction.

All disagreements, disputes, and claims arising out of or related to these Terms of Use shall be initially resolved through amicable negotiations between the Parties. Both the Company and the User confirm that they will use their best reasonable efforts to resolve the dispute amicably through negotiations. Negotiations shall last at least 30 business days (by mutual agreement of the Parties, which is confirmed by correspondence via our e-mail, this period may be extended up to 60 business days). 

If the dispute between the Parties has not been resolved within the specified time, it shall be referred to the competent court of the relevant jurisdiction for consideration and resolution. The decision or ruling made by such court shall be final and binding on the Parties. The Parties agree to the enforcement of the judgment in any jurisdiction in which the Party has assets.

The Parties undertake to keep all matters relating to legal proceedings confidential.

You agree to file any claims arising out of or related to these Terms of Use within 1 year from the date such claims arose. Otherwise, such claims will be irrevocably waived.

19. Reimbursement

In the following cases, if:
