Predator - Stormbreaker Kernel (Lavender)

1. In Android, Your battery stats will auto-reset when the battery percentage will reach 90% or more. 

2. You should NOT USE any (ANY CUSTOM THERMAL) if u don't play heavy games like PUBG. 

3. You should charge your battery upto 90% everytime and should use your phone upto 18% - 20% 

4. Will changing custom rums too frequently damages your battery ? 

Ans - It depends. If u are changing 3-4 roms in a single day. It'll damage your battery but (gradually) it means, your battery will start degrading slowly And, u will not even realise. 

5. FKM vs Ex Kernel Manager vs Kernel Adiutour vs Smartpack kernel Manager

Ans -

• FKM is for advanced users (It means FKM includes some sexy stuff which only advanced users can configure) 

• Ex Kernel Manager is gud but the profiles available within the app are not sticking at all. Tried on several rums but not wrking properly. Moreover, UI is not so gud.

• Kernel Adiutour is noice. But, I'll suggest using Smartpack because At the moment, Smartpack is the only from all kernel managers (including fkm) which remains updated with libraries. 

Recommended :

✓ Smartpack for Everone.

✓ FKM for advanced users.

6. What is Screen Off : 2 hours 10 seconds (1%) in FKM notification ?

Ans - It means that the screen of your phone was OFF for 2 hours 10 seconds, and in that 2 hours, your battety percentage decreased by 1% 

• It doesn't mean that your phone was switched off for that time. 

• It only means the screen was off for that time. 

• Now, Why it's important? - Usually, Screen Off percentage should be less than 4-5% 

7. Can i set my upper core's frequency to 3 steps down to get better battery backup ?

Ans - No. Kindly don't set it that much steps down. You can go with setting 1 step or 2 step down..

For example - Maximum CPU Frequency is 2208mhz on big cluster and 1843mhz on little cluster in default settings.

✓ So, You can set it to 1958mhz (Big cluster) and 1747mhz (Little cluster)

8. If u just flashes a custom rom, Kindly use the stock kernel for at least one charge cycle. And, then FLASH Predator- StormBreaker Kernel. 

9. After flashing any version of Predator Stormbreaker Kernel, use the kernel for 24hours, so that kernel gets stable and things get settled!

10. Franco Kernel Manager is like a normal stats grabber and thus {Have bugs like - Temperature not changing in stats, Wrong SOT displayed in notification etc etc... Kindly don't report that here. Must Mail Franco sar, he'll reply u within 6 hours or less.

11. Battery draining too early even in vanilla (without google apps) rums :

✓ Check Background running apps

✓ Check wakelocks 

✓ Nothing else ^_^

12. Device automatically Force-Restarting :-\

Possible Reasons are :

• Bug (Rum side)

• Kernel Panic (Kernel side)

• Gapps (u might have wrongly flashed gapps. It means u might have flashed a wrong gapps variant)

13. I don't know how to take logs. What to do?
