How sales reps. shoot themselves in the foot.

Expectations

The expectation of a sales rep, is to do a) some documentation, b) some testing and c) marketing. To date, the idiots who used to do sales, documentation, testing or marketing, did nothing.

No testing?

Except for one person's works, there was nothing done. So after some time, the rest were removed or let go.

No Documentation?

The former sales reps were supposed to create some docs, and none did. So after some time, they were removed or let go.

No marketing

The only marketing done was scam-marketing where, they the stupid sales reps would take money, and cause us trouble, post slander or rubbish.

So what do that mean?

We'll do our own testing, own marketing and sales.

So, this round going forward, there are no sales reps, don't ask or apply for this position.
