EMVFoundry 2.0.0.6 fixes the following issues

• Added link to Telegram documentation.
• Put back POS App.

EMVFoundry 2.0.0.5 fixes the following issues:

• PSE Error (Credit Card Sequence Number) was 00 in certain instances. This error is fixed. This number is when the person gets a replacement card.
  For example:
  - 00 = original card.
  - 01 = replacement card #1,
  - 02 = replacement card #2 and so on...
• Country code error when loading/editing ARQC. This is fixed.
• Visa improvements. EMVFoundry passes Visa CVN10 ARQC.
• Mastercard Improvements. MasterCard applet now passes ARQC on both official MasterCard terminal and CardReset.exe
• POS App will be taken out. This old app doesn't work to well, it uses EMV2000 standard. In it's replacement, ARQC Tester, CardReset2.exe was added instead. This works with latest ARQC standards and customers can check/test what they wrote to card.
