Earnings
Earnings are the donations and subscriptions that you receive. The amounts are charged from your follower's card in a chosen currency.
Balance
Balance = Earnings - Payment processing fee - Service fee.
Earnings accumulate within billing cycles. Payment processing fee and service fee are deducted from earnings per transaction.
Example: €1 donation + €100 subscription paid to you.
€1 - €0.08 payment processing fee (min) - 0% service fee = €0.92.
€100 - (€100*2.5%) payment processing fee - 0% service fee = €97.5.
Balance: €0.92 + €97.5 = €98.42.
Payout
Payout = current period balance + eligible previous period(s) balance.
You can see the amount of the last payout made to you in the bot.
In most cases, the payout is based on your current period balance. However, we will also add the unpaid balance from the previous period(s). Outstanding balance might result from not reaching the minimum limit or disputes.
Example: €50 balance of the previous period (was not paid to you as it is below the limit) + €100 balance for the current period.
€50 + €100 = €150.
Due payout: €150.
Settlement
Settlement = Payout - Payout processing fee.
Settlement is the amount we send to your bank card or bank account.
Example: €100 payout is due to be settled to your bank card.
€100 - (€100*2% + €0.5) payout processing fee = €97.5.
Settlement: €97.5.
Currencies and FX Fees
You can choose currency when setting it up a subscription. You can set up several subscriptions in different currencies, and each will create a relevant currency balance.
Your choice of subscription currency will affect the currency conversion commissions on the payments made to you, and payouts you receive.
How to avoid FX losses:
- Set up subscriptions in the currency that your followers primarily use. We are constantly working on expanding the list of supported currencies.
- Choose the payout method in the currency of your subscription or donation. We are working on a multi-method feature, which will be released soon.
Example:
- €100 is paid with the bank card issued by an EU bank in euro. No FX fees.
- €100 is settled to your account in an EU bank in euro. No FX fees.
- €100 is paid with the bank card issued by a US bank in US dollars. FX fee is charged to your follower based on their issuing bank rate.
- €100 is settled to your account in a US bank in euro. FX fee is charged to you based on your bank rate.
Banking Charges
Your bank & corresponding banks may impose additional charges when delivering a settlement to you. Depending on a various factors, it might be related to the amount threshold, ability to accept the currency, internal FX policy, etc. It is not uncommon for the final amount on your bank account to slightly differ from your expectation. However, it the difference is significant, it might be a currency conversion issue.

Your TON balance, payment processing fees and withdrawal fees can be found in your TON wallet application. Please note that Donate bot does not process TON payments or payouts, and the TON wallet financial transactions are managed by your TON wallet directly.
