EMVFoundry getting removed, what's best environment to run EMVFoundry

How to restore it back.

Step 1. Go to Windows Settings.

Step 2 Go to Virus & Threat Protection

Step 3. Go to Protection History

Step 4. Click on Actions, Restore.

Why does Windows does this?

Any EXEs that are not code-signed gets flagged.
