A - You just need to update our Demat Id in our @StockPhoenixBOT. BOT will accept your ID if it is opened under us or else it will throw a error. Do the below process after 24 hours of Account Opening.
Launch : @StockPhoenixBOT :
Type /Start
Click on "My Profile"
Click on "Edit Profile"
Click on "Edit Broker ID" and Selection Broker and update your Demat IT.
The BOT will confirm you back that you have opened Demat Account under Stock Phoenix.
Keep Trading trading in the same account for two weeks - BOT will enable all the access by default.

Q - How long will it Take to Open Demat Account?
A - Usually it will take between 1 to 3 working day to open the Demat Account. You need to contact the Broker support team in case it is getting delayed. Stock Phoenix does not have any control over it.

Q - Can I open Two Demat Account under the same broker under my name and Pan Card?
A - No - You can open only one Demat Account under one broker using One PAN Card. There is no possibility to Open one more under the same Broker.

A - No, It is not possible and there is no option to Map your existing Demat under Stock Phoenix umbrella.

Q - Can I have multiple Demat Account? do we have any restriction?
A - There is no restriction for opening multiple Demat Account. You can have even 10 Demat Accounts. However, you can have only one Demat Account with one broker. You can choose 10 brokers and have ten Demat Account. Example: You have one account with HDFC , One with Axis, One with Upstox, One with Zerodha, One with Fires etc.
