In the Books_base store, the process of paying for books is quick and convenient through our Telegram bot. We provide several payment methods to make purchases as comfortable as possible for every user.

💳 Payment Methods

🟣 Payment via YooMoney (in rubles)

Users can pay for a book in rubles through the YooMoney system. Simply press the “Buy” button under the selected book, and the bot will send payment instructions. Payment can be made with any bank card through YooMoney. After a successful transaction, the system will redirect you back to the bot, where you will need to press the “Already Paid” button. After that, the book files will be sent to you.

⭐️ Payment with Telegram currency (stars)

If you have Telegram’s internal currency stars you can use it to pay for books. After pressing the “Buy” button and completing the payment, the bot will automatically send you the book files without requiring any further actions. This is a faster and more convenient purchase option for users who actively use the stars currency.

We do not have access to your payment information, as transactions are processed through secure payment systems. YooMoney and Telegram ensure the protection of data related to your bank cards.

🔴 Return Policy

At Books_base, we carefully check every book before adding it to our library to guarantee its complete content and high quality. However, if you find a book with incomplete content (for example, so-called “sample books” or books with truncated content), we ask you to immediately contact our support service through the /support command.

🔄 Return Procedure

After contacting support, we will either remove the book from the store or replace its files with the full version. We guarantee that every book in the library will meet the declared quality.

Depending on the payment method, the following compensation options are available:

• Payment with stars: Users who have paid for a book using stars can request a full refund if the book is incomplete. Alternatively, you can choose 3 free books from our library, including books that are not yet available in the catalog.
• Payment via YooMoney (rubles): In the case of an incomplete book, refunds are not available. However, we will offer you 3 free books of your choice as compensation.

Refunds are only possible if payment was made with stars. For payments made via YooMoney, we provide compensation in the form of free books instead of a refund.
