I called Castle Improvements because one of my neighbors recently got new garage doors from them and was extremely happy with the service. He replaced the spring at a very reasonable price and was working very fast. It is not that I take the time to write a letter of appreciation to a contractor! However, your service was so excellent that I could not let it pass without that extra thank you. The springs holding my garage door broke on Sunday. I placed a call to your office and left a voice mail on Sunday. Monday morning, Presidents Day, you called me back first thing in the morning, and scheduled the repair for the next day between 8:00 and 10:00 a.m. On Tuesday morning at 8:30 a.m. your technician was at my home, the spring was repaired by 9:00 a.m. at the price you quoted in the beginning.
