Bifold door repairs include fitting replacement guides & wheels, replacing worn hinges and flush bolts. We can also replace or install locks on your bifold door. Problems with bifold systems come with age, incorrect installation or building movement over time and can cause the door system to jamb or shudder. Assessment is required to establish where the problem lies and Lock and Roll will give curative recommendation to help. Wheels and guides for bi-fold door and window systems vary greatly dependent on the age and model of joinery. Lock and Roll has access to all available bi-fold parts. Where parts are not available Lock and Roll can retro fit bi-folding tracks and wheels to your joinery. Each set of doors has to be assessed for suitability to complete the retro fit operation.

Faulty or insecure latches can be replaced with either surface mount or mortise style locks, providing benefits of greater security and ease of use. Your new and existing locks can be arranged to have one key operation. Hinges can corrode or suffer damage for a number of reasons. Problems with doors can often be attributed to damaged hinges. Over the years, a lot of hinges have been phased out of production. Lock and Roll has access to and stocks a range of such hinges. Lock and Roll can re-hinge your bi-fold doors. Sound hinges are critical for the ongoing reliable use of bi-fold doors. Found in the likes of bi-fold doors and French doors, flush bolts can break or require periodic adjustment for reliable ongoing use. There is a variety of makes and models of flush bolt that Lock and Roll can supply for replacement or repair. Draft strips can be replaced in most doors. There are some older models of door and frame that used their own especially sized and extruded draft strips that are no longer available and cannot be replaced.
Installation of additional metal to hold standard sized draft strips may be possible.
