I have always received excellent service at Renew MD... Everyone is so professional and friendly. Deborah, We love having you as a client!! You our a treasure! I think Kateland is great and I would give her 5 stars. On the other hand the last 4 times I have been there, my treatment times have been delayed once I am there or rooms double booked or treatments canceled w/o prior notification. At first I was told because of old management and it would be better with new management. Then I have been told it was due to the appointment person. I understand things happen but I would appreciate it if someone can notify me prior to my arrival to let me know my treatments are being canceled or delayed so I can adjust my busy schedule. I received 5 star treatment !! From the minute I walked in I was greeted educated on the services that are available to me as a client and the sanctuary was a nice start . Not only was Emily professional she has a passion for what she does. This was my first visit as I relocated and it's not only hard to choose were to go .
I chose Renew because they are open on Saturday and they fit me in on the same day . Thank you Jennifer Daniels Emily takes her time, provides information and recommendations and is very professional. I love her work! Such a great staff and love the new location. I love everyone at Renew MD, there new location is very nice and its huge, also very easy to find. My favorite Person there is Katelynn is my favorite of course, but Kat & Emily are wonderful as well. The staff is great and I am so happy with the appointments that I have had there so far and look and feel beautiful. Something that I can suggest is to put a tip guideline in the rooms or on the back of the doors in the appointment rooms. This would make life so easy, I had no idea how much to tip or that you are suppose to! Otherwise I have no complaints and I will be back for sure, because of those great ladies! I love going to this place! The staff is very kind, caring and knowledgeable. The nurse was thorough and took the time to listen to what I wanted done.
She was also very clear at explaining the procedure and walking me through it.Very clean and sanitary, I love the new building...lots more space. Kat was amazing and my lips look fantastic. I keep coming back because I love going in to spoil myself and I feel more confident and beautiful. Very pleasant, understood my concerns and was very informative.
