There is not a whole lot of support, so you may want to get the Pro versions if your feet need that. Go true to size and you'll have a good time. I love Vans Authentics pretty much the only shoe I wear the new ones with more cushion are a real relief to my heels!! I purchased these for my 14 year old granddaughter as this is now the "in" shoe to wear. She said they were comfortable. I ordered her regular size shoe and they were a good fit. So much I am buying him another pair, just a different color. Really love these shoes, they feel great on my feet. I am a size 5, they are pretty true to size if not slightly large (my feet are wide in front and very narrow in the back though). Super comfortable, and they really look great with almost everything.
