Two teens showed up to fight a 16-year-old girl at her home and allegedly attacked her mom instead — leaving the woman with a concussion, a broken nose and two black eyes, a report said.
Michelle Audo said she and her husband were asleep when their two daughters woke them up and said a “carload of girls” was outside their home in Blue Springs, Missouri, and wanted to fight the younger one, according to the Kansas City Star .
Audo, 48, told the paper that she went outside and told the girls in the white sedan to leave but they refused, demanding that her 16-year-old daughter come out and face them.
“I go, ‘You know, she’s not coming out.’ And they’re like, ‘Well, either she’s coming out or we’re coming in.’ And I’m like ‘No, you’re not,'” Audo said.
“And then two of them jumped out of the car.”
A girl with blonde hair allegedly punched Audo in the face and was joined by a girl with black hair, with both of them winding up on top of the older woman on the ground, according to a police report cited by the Star.
Audo’s older daughter, 18, pulled both girls off her mom and Audo’s husband used a cane to knock the blonde to the ground when she allegedly tried to attack Audo a second time, the Star said.
Both girls got back in the car and left, after which one reportedly posted a Snapchat story that detailed the incident, with messages saying, “Imagine letting ur mom get her ass beat” and “Tell yo mom to come clean her blood off my window.”
Cops later spoke to both girls, one of whom claimed that Audo “came to the side of the car and swung” at a teen who hit her in return, according to the police report.
Audo said police told her that the girls in the car were as young as 13 and that her alleged assailants were charged with simple assault in the May 15 incident and faced prosecution in Youth Court, where juveniles charged with minor infractions are judged by their peers.
“They think they are grown enough to beat up someone’s mom, I think they need to pay the consequences,” Audo fumed.
“What’s going to stop them from coming back? Or to do this to somebody else?”
Blue Springs Police Chief Bob Muenz told the Star that the case remained under investigation and could wind up in Family Court, where judges are in charge.

Family and friends of James McGrath gather to commemorate Jimmy’s life at Shelton High School.
Raul Valle, the 16-year-old Connecticut high schooler accused of fatally stabbing a teen from another Catholic school outside a party earlier this month, has been released on $2 million bond, according to local reports.
Valle, of Milford, posted $2 million bond last week after a judge refused his lawyer’s request to cut it in half, the Connecticut Post reported.

A May 14 house party turned violent after Valle and a group of other teens allegedly crashed the event and kicked off a fight involving as many as 25 teens, according to a police report.
Three teens were stabbed, including James "Jimmy" McGrath, a 17-year-old from Shelton who played lacrosse at the nearby Fairfield College Preparatory School.

"Multiple witnesses reported that three to four people who were not invited to the party arrived and exited a dark colored Honda SUV," the police report states. "Witnesses further stated that when the parties exited the vehicle a physical altercation with multiple male participants took place on the front lawn."
A representative from St. Joseph High School, where Valle attended in Trumbull, told Fox News Digital that the teen was in good academic standing and had not been in any fights at school before the May 14 incident.

"They were very friendly. The kids are polite and respectful," Valle's neighbor told Fox News Digital of the suspect and his family. "This is hard to believe."
Valle faces one charge of murder and two counts of first-degree assault.
Additional charges could be possible as investigators continue to look into the parties involved in the fight.

A California teen has been busted for trying to enlist other students to carry out a mass shooting or bombing at a high school, cops said.
The 16-year-old suspect, who was not publicly identified, surrendered to cops Monday following a tip on May 21 that he attempted to recruit other high schoolers in an attack at Berkeley High School, police said in statement Wednesday .
A subsequent search of the teen’s residence revealed parts of explosive devices, as well as assault rifles, several knives and “electronic items” that could be used to create other weapons, police said.
The 16-year-old was arrested on suspicion of possessing destructive device material and threatening to commit a crime which will result in death or great bodily injury.
“We recognize the impact this news may have on our community,” department officials said. “School safety remains a high priority for the department.”
The Alameda County District Attorney’s Office declined to comment on the case because the suspect is a juvenile, CNN reported .
Berkeley Public Schools issued a statement Wednesday on the purported plot, saying the suspect “did not pose an immediate threat” to the high school.

“We are committed to conducting our own separate investigation, within the parameters of our authority as a school district, and as the evidence warrants, pursuing all possible steps, including discipline, that will support student and community safety,” Superintendent Brent Stephens said.
Stephens also thanked the tipsters who reported the threat while saying counselors would be provided on Thursday to anyone in need throughout the district.
“Speaking up in this instance allowed for the police to intervene in advance of any harm occurring,” the superintendent said.
It’s unclear how many students the suspect tried to recruit. Berkeley police said Wednesday that the investigation into the alleged recruitment was ongoing.
Berkeley Mayor Jesse Arreguín characterized the threat as “disturbing,” KRON reported .
“As the country continues to reel from a horrific school shooting, it was disturbing to hear a similar plot was being planned at Berkeley High School, which was ultimately foiled,” Arreguín said. “I am thankful for the Berkeley Police Department for their thorough investigation and the students who spoke out to raise the alarm.”
The teen’s arrest occurred a week after a gunman killed 19 children and two teachers on May 24 at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas.
