Round Video Bot Payment & Refund Policy

1.Introduction

This Payment and Refund Policy illustrates how we, @RoundVideoBot, manage Payments and Refunds, regarding your usage of paid services (“Services”) of our @RoundVideoBot (“Bot”)

2. Price

Price Determination: The price for services is determined at the time of purchase, as published within the bot.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to change the subscription fees at any time. Any changes to fees will be communicated to you in advance, and you will have the option to accept the new fees or cancel your subscription.

Agreement to Pay: By purchasing services, the user agrees to pay the price set at the time of purchase.

Price Visibility: Users can check current prices using the "/premium" command within the bot.

3. Payment Methods

Accepted Methods: The bot accepts certain payment methods for purchases.

Changes in Accepted Methods: The accepted payment methods within the service may change over time.

User Agreement: By selecting a payment method, users confirm that they are authorized to use it and that the provided payment information is accurate.

Payment Processing: Payment information is sent directly to the payment providers the company works with.

Additional Fees: Users may incur additional fees or charges from their financial institutions or issuers when making purchases, for which the bot holds no responsibility.

4. Subscriptions

Subscription Access: By purchasing the Services, you will have access to our Services for a specified period upon subscribing.

Payment Frequency: Subscriptions are to be paid manually by the user each time the subscription period expires. You agree to pay the applicable subscription fees as set forth by us at the time of subscription renewal.

Cancellation: Subscriptions will automatically be cancelled at the end of each subscription period unless manually renewed by the Subscriber. We will not automatically renew subscriptions

5. Termination and Refunds

Termination: You may cancel your subscription at any time before the end of the current subscription period. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Services until the end of the current subscription period.

Refunds: We do not offer refunds for subscription fees already paid, including in cases of early termination or unused portions of the subscription period.

6. Changes to these Terms

We might change these Terms of Service sometimes. When we do, the new terms will be on our page at https://telegra.ph/payment-03-31. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
