OB Complete® prenatal vitamins are always… Folic acid—to promote healthy neural tube formation1 Women who don’t take enough folate are at risk of having babies with neural tube defects, such as spina bifida.1 All OB Complete® prenatal vitamins contain 1 mg (1000 mcg) of folic acid or folate in each tablet. DHA—to support brain health2 Decosahexaenoic acid (DHA), an omega-3 fatty acid, is thought to be important in the support of optimal brain, eye, and nervous system development.2 OB Complete® prenatal vitamins contain up to 300 mg of DHA.* Iron—Helps prevent anemia in mom Getting too little iron during pregnancy increases a woman’s risk of iron deficiency anemia and her infant’s risk of low-birth-weight, premature birth, and low levels of iron.3

Posted by 5452861007917887598 on Jan 25, 2017 I've been taking these while trying to to get pregnant, and I feel really good about taking these. I don't get sick with these, and they are a good size. I take them throughout the day, because you have to take 3 of these which I like (your body can only absorb so many nutrients at once) so I feel like I'm really getting the bang for my buck. HUGE PLUS that these are certified organic and non-gmo :) Was this review helpful to you? Posted by 5436819923798036325 on Dec 01, 2016 I've used these throughout my pregnancy and now that I'm breastfeeding as well. Never gets me nauseous and makes me feel comfortable knowing I'm nourishing my body with something so whole.

Polecam stosować przez dłuższy czas około 3-6 m-c. Idealny dla kobiet w ciąży lub planujących ciąże. I was nervous about this one, given the gums used in the pill covering, but thankfully I've had not issues. It's never too early to start taking care of your baby — and there's no better time to start than before your baby's conceived.
