Copy Link to messages on public groups

Link to messages in public groups is really useful feature for pointing the messages in any public groups.
July 12, 2017. Telegram for Desktop and macOS have added the Copy Link feature for everyone :)
September 13, 2017. Telegram 4.3 for Android and iOS also added Copy Link feature. The problem it's only for group admins, NOT for everyone :(
On Telegram 4.2 or older, if group admin tap hold on user joined service messages, there is "Delete" menu. So the new "Copy Link" menu just swap "Delete" menu? Is that why it's only for group admins?
Telegram alpha/swift for iOS 5.0 (163) was added Copy Link menu for everyone.
Tap hold any message » select a message » tap Share button » Copy,
it will copy the link to message instead of copy the text message.
Note: currently support for text message only, it won't work if you select photo or others.
Telegram X for iOS 5.0.4 (430) Alpha has implemented new Copy Link menu for everyone.
Tap hold any message on public group/channel » Copy Link.
