Grievance Studies simply tempt angry, limp, dishonest, weak-willed people into conveniently framing all the world in a way that lets a weak-willed fraud pretend a moral transcendence to mask the fraud's incompetence.
Common Knowledge that Affirmative Action is a Racist Scam
Many thinkers have noted that the scam of grievance studies began in earnest when leftist sought to mask the systematic academic failure of USA's racist affirmative-action mandates, beginning in the mid-20th century. The myth of those racist mandates was that relentless white racism was preventing countless black scholars from accessing the best white education, and that the only remedy was to force universities to step over better-prepared, better-achieving whites, and give their spot at school to relatively unprepared, underachieving non-whites.
Common Knowledge that Affirmative Action Fails that Lying Idiots that it Pretends to Help
This cynical, hysterical racism predictably failed. Immediately, most of the unprepared, underachieving non-white pseudo-scholars could not nearly keep up with the academic rigor. They would have done fine in most schools, just not the academically elite schools that they, the non-whites, were being crammed into by hysterical, racist affirmative-action proponents. So the schools all began flunking all the poorly performing affirmative-action charity-case test-subject non-whites. But despite all the failure, the hysterical racists refused to admit that their myth of affirmative-action is based on lies. Instead, they simply invented the communist strategy of grievance studies.
Grievance Studies as Academic Communism
Of the apathy and deceit that communism's drudgery and conniving invariably brings, it has been famously said that communist workers pretend to work--and the communist government pretends to pay them. The communists in academia had a comparable plan for maintaining the myth of untapped non-white scholarship, while, at the same time, sociopolitically repenting for flunking all the non-white failures: grievance studies, where the teachers pretend to teach, and the students pretend to learn.
Now, with grievance studies, the academic bar lowers as far as necessary for lying politicians and academicians to declare the success of affirmative-action. For or example: an obese, incompetent, non-white non-man need only regurgitate the mind-numbing edicts of their grievance-study's incestuous psuedo-academic politics–and the university can justify (to itself and its political handlers) the celebration of yet another affirmative-action success-story, of some swarthy scowling idiot bumbling their way through an academic maze with no wrong turns.
Conclusion
Much of the USA is now slithering communism that constantly collapses under the lawless weight of a centrally planned economy that mandates--and leverages--hyper-education to indoctrinate people into a perpetual begging for a chance to compete for working a job that they hate to buy things that they do not need--to impress people that they do not like. The myth is that it is about merit. The reality is that it is about control. One piece of that control is the gifting of politically-demanded pretend academic success to any non-white, any non-man, any non-heterosexual--any medalist in the identity politics olympics--who is angry, limp, dishonest, and weak-willed enough to waste their life sitting through the mind-sewer of grievance studies, then worship the mind-sewer for the rest of their life.
