I enjoy eating here. The food is always fresh and served hot. I love that you get chip and salsa right when you sit down. You get to snack as you pick your meal. The staff is great and kept up with my family's drinks. That is no small accomplishment. This is good, reasonable priced Mexican food. The staff is wonderful and treat you like family. Best chips and salsa out there in my book. We decided to eat at our local Mexican restaurant. I ordered a meal for two to split with my kids.my husband ordered steak fajitas. We both ordered two for 1 margaritas. When the food was served, we thought wow at least since they raised their prices by an enormous amount at least it is a good serving size. Amigo's Jonesborough used to be our favorite Mexican restaurant, but things have steadily declined over past few months. Foods seems greasier/oilier than before. Portions are smaller and prices are up. Wait staff has changed and not for the better. Guess I'll be driving all the way to California Grill in Kingsport or El Charloais in Johnson City from now on.

Amigos is the go-to Mexican restaurant in Jonesborough. They've got lots of menu choices, and a bar serving beer, wine, and importantly-- Margaritas. We go there by ourselves, or meet up with lots of other friends. The staff is great, the food comes out quickly, and the chi bowl never gets empty. I especially like the Pollo Picoso, it's got... On Monday May 23rd my nephew graduated from Grandview Elementary. It was a wonderful ceremony and we our all so proud of him. While he was eating Outbacks with his fellow classmates (paid for by their teachers) we decided to go into Jonesborough and eat at Amigo's. Took almost an hour to get our food. I really love their food, but only 4 stars because their servings have become much smaller and the prices have gone UP. They are ALL hispanics working there, and they know their stuff !! This is a great place to go if you are looking for a quick, inexpensive meal. They provide a wide range of Mexican entrees as well as an assortment of alcoholic beverages.

Huge portions of well prepared Mexican style food at very reasonable prices, what more can you want? The chicken Grande Burrito was too much for a single meal. The leftovers were great the next day. The service was very good. I was pleasantly surprised and will be back. What a difference between different Amigo's restaurants. We didn't care for the one in Johnson City, but the Amigo's in Jonesborough was a great surprise. Not sure what the cook does to make the food taste above par, but it's delicious. I've had the shrimp fajita, as well as the Shrimp bowl. The staff is always friendly and...Single and double strollers, wagons, wheelchairs and Electronic Convenience Vehicles (ECV) are available for rent at the Main Train Station (near the front of the park) and at the Africa Train Station (in the far corner of the park when the train is operating). Explore some of your favorite Zoo Animals“” We stayed in Los Corales for two weeks, we had a great time! Out of all the places I have visited in Cuba, Santiago is the best place in terms of weather. It only rained for one hour during our whole entire trip. It was my third time in Santiago and the weather has always been this amazing. Level Contributor“” The front desk was helpful to get us our room. Our room was nice and clean (washroom, bedsheets and towels) thanks to our housekeeper lady. The restaurant was different than last year, it was closed in with windows, doors and airconditions and lot of variety of foods and desserts and we enjoyed unlimited visit to the three alacart restaurant, the...

“” January 2017 visit to Carisol and Los Corales Overall, the stay was wonderful. Great weather, clean place, cosy beach. A bit windy at times. The staff was helpful, went well beyond their duties to accomodate the guests. The food was plenty and the bar was well stocked. We came on a family room. The place is safe for kids. Level Contributor“” Having stayed at a 3 star in Varadero a number of years ago, we had reasonable expectations for this one. We stayed on the Corales side in a standard room on the main level. Good things: Friendly staff, bread was delicious!, a la carte dining was good with unlimited reservations (have to reserve daily in the lobby at 10:00), snorkeling... Level Contributor“” via mobileTrying to reach a relative to notify them of an emergency family situation at this hotel. No one answers the phone. When they do they can't speak any English not even enough to understand that we NEED English. Level Contributor“” My 4th trip to Corales since 2007 and innumerable trips to Cuba since 1988 became a 2 trip centre. I spent the 1st week at Corales and the 2nd at Carisol. I really enjoyed both sides of this resort but Carisol has become my favourite. The snorkeling was great and the beach easily accessible from both resorts. Level Contributor“” We're still coming back to this resort annually and being rewarded for our faith in the people here and the weather is unbeatable in Jan. / Feb. Since last year the following updates were evident: -New windows and doors in dining areas in both compounds -New air conditioning units in all the bungalows -Newly painted walls and fixtures in Carisol... Level Contributor“” Diseased and flea ridden feral dogs run loose even into the open air dining areas. We paid extra to upgrade to a bungalow. We had a dog with four pups living under our bungalow, barking through the night resulting in very little sleep.
