"Addiction" is a non-medical myth and fraud, sold by liars -- especially psychologists, psychiatrists, and their many minions. Many of these liars are suicidal because their choices are so bad. What these liars wrongly call "addiction" is simply any set of bad choices. Four steps will help you to stop your bad choices. The steps are AHDH: Avoid, Hate, Denounce, Help.

Here are the AHDH steps:

Step 1. Avoid temptations for the bad choices.

Step 2. Hate the bad choices, and also hate anti-hate lies that sell bad choices.

Step 3. Denounce the bad choices, personally.

Step 4. Help others publicly to avoid, denounce, and hate the bad choices.

Step 1. Avoid temptations for the bad choices. Avoid the temptation of bad choices by rejecting the path completely. Do not go near anything or anyone that sells the bad choices -- especially if they sell the bad choices by lying that the bad choices are "free." Nothing is free. Anything sold as "free" is a lie. Everything costs at least your time and energy -- and that is priceless currency.

If you must go near those things or people that sell the bad choices, then always be on active guard when around those temptations: be in the world but not of the world, as mentioned by the apostle John in chapter 17, verses 11, 14, and 15 (John 17:11, 14–15). (Note: These temptations are commonly called "triggers" by liars who sell the myth and fraud of addiction.)

Step 2. Hate the Bad Choices, and Also Hate Anti-hate Lies That Sell Bad Choices. Hate the bad choices, and hate also the lies of people who sell bad choices. These liars often rely on anti-hate hatred to sell bad choices. Hate these anti-hate lies and hypocrisy as much as you hate the bad choices.

Step 3. Denounce the bad choices, personally. Memorize a set of thoughts that silently and peacefully reject every selling of the bad choices. Rejecting bad choices is lifelong work. The selling of bad choices will always exist.

Step 4. Help others publicly to avoid, denounce, and hate the bad choices. Memorize some simple words to publicly help others whom you see trying to stop their bad choices. Even offer the words -- once -- to anyone who is selfishly and stupidly content to destroy themselves with their bad choices. Meanwhile, if you are not willing to try helping others to stop their bad choices: that is a bad choice that you should stop.

"Addiction" is a non-medical myth and fraud, sold by liars -- especially psychologists, psychiatrists, and their many minions. Many of these liars are suicidal because their choices are so bad. What these liars wrongly call "addiction" is simply any set of bad choices.

The four AHDH steps will help you to stop choosing your bad choices: (1) Avoid temptations for the bad choices. (2) Hate the bad choices, and hate anti-hate lies that sell bad choices. (3) Denounce the bad choices, personally. (4) Help others publicly to avoid, denounce, and hate the bad choices.

And if you are still in the social-media mind-sewer: climb out now. And on your way out of the social-media mind-sewer, post this there. It may help someone else to climb out of the social-media mind-sewer.

Once you are out of the social-media mind-sewer for one month: create an update about your life without the social-media mind-sewer. Then create a new update, every month or two, to drop down into the social-media mind-sewer. In every new update, include the advice that everyone should climb out of the social-media mind-sewer.
