The Offer sets forth the rules for the provision of services by the ZopeCode Application, available at https://t.me/zopecode_bot, as well as related channels.


1. Purpose and Scope of the Offer

1.1. The ZopeCode Service Offer (hereinafter — “Offer”) establishes requirements and includes a description of:

1.1.1. The procedure for providing services for generating templates, photographic materials, and other content through the ZopeCode Service.

1.1.2. The limitations of liability related to the use and provision of services by ZopeCode.

1.1.3. Measures ensuring the safe operation of the ZopeCode Service for an unlimited number of users.

1.2. The location of the server that records and processes user data and operations is considered the place of service provision. The server is located in Germany. Under German law, activities involving the creation of templates, photographic materials, and other content that do not result in the production of falsified state or other official documents are not prohibited or punishable by law.

1.3. Before using the ZopeCode Service, the User must fully read and accept this Offer, the Privacy Policy, and the Disclaimer by performing the key action of registering via the Telegram bot https://t.me/zopecode_bot.

1.4. The User may use the Service only after accepting all terms of this Offer.

1.5. The current version of these Terms is publicly available in the ZopeCode Telegram Mini App. The Administration may amend the Terms unilaterally. Changes take effect three (3) calendar days after the new version is published, unless otherwise specified. If the User disagrees with the changes, they must cease using the Service and send a notice to the Support team via Telegram @zopecode_support_bot.


2. Terms and Definitions

2.1. Account — a unique Telegram account identifying the User.

2.2. Content, Template, Photographic Materials — a file generated by the Service according to User parameters, intended only for use in films, TV shows, and web illustrations (online account verification).

2.3. User — a legally capable individual over 18 years old or a legal entity using the Service.

2.4. Service — a system providing Users with tools to generate templates, photographic materials, and other content through the Telegram bot https://t.me/zopecode_bot.

2.5. Service Features — the functionality of the Application and other available features listed on the Service interface.

2.6. Telegram — an online messenger where the Service operates.

2.7. Application — a set of source code, data, materials, services, web forms, APIs, design elements, text, images, photographs, illustrations, audio and video materials, graphics, and other intellectual property objects accessible via various Internet-connected devices through Telegram under the username @zopecode_bot or the link https://t.me/zopecode_bot, including all related channels. All exclusive or usage rights belong to the Service.


3. Service Operation Mode

3.1. Normal Operation:

3.1.1. User requests are processed in real time, except during scheduled maintenance.

3.1.2. User support is provided through Telegram operators.


4. Rules for Using an Account in ZopeCode

4.1. The Service is for personal use only. The User confirms that they will not use another person’s account or attempt unauthorized access to other users’ accounts or the Service infrastructure.

4.2. The Service Administration may, at its sole discretion, deny authorization, block, or suspend any User operation pending verification.

4.3. Purchasing and owning a PSD template is not illegal; however, creating a fake PVC license/card/ID for physical use is illegal and constitutes a serious crime. Therefore, fraudulent use of materials is strictly prohibited. The Service settings exclude the possibility of physical application (such as producing fake PVC documents). If a User intends to use templates for this purpose, they must immediately leave the Application.


5. Procedure for Service Provision

5.1. Users place orders directly through the Service.

5.2. By using the Service, the User confirms they have read all legal documentation.

5.3. The Service does not accept cryptocurrency, electronic money, or fiat funds not owned by the User.

5.4. By authorizing and accepting all terms, the User agrees to this Offer.

5.5. Users are responsible for saving purchased templates immediately after purchase.


6. Service Fees

6.1. Prices are set by the Service and published within the Application. The Administration may change them without prior notice.

6.2. The system is automated; the Service result is available after payment via Telegram chat.

6.3. Full payment triggers automatic order execution. Partial payments do not.

6.4. If an order is not completed after successful payment, the User must contact Support and provide the order code.

6.5. If an underpayment occurs, the User must contact Support with the order code.


7. KYC and Other Security Measures

7.1. The Service does not conduct a detailed KYC procedure beyond the information provided through Telegram authorization.

7.2. Personal data are protected in compliance with German law and the Convention for the Protection of Individuals with regard to Automatic Processing of Personal Data (ETS No. 108).

7.3. Data protection rules are governed by the Privacy Policy, available at https://telegra.ph/ZopeCode-Privacy-Policy-11-09.

7.4. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiation; if no agreement is reached, disputes are settled under German law.

7.5. User transaction data are not stored in the Service database.


8. Liability

8.1. The Service is not liable for losses or damages caused by illegal actions of third parties, as all materials are intended solely for films, TV shows, and web illustrations (online account verification).

8.2. The Service is not responsible for any payments or payment attempts.

8.3. The Service does not verify the legality of the User’s ownership of cryptocurrency, materials, or content uploaded to or downloaded from the Service. The Service presumes good faith and lawful ownership.

8.4. The Service and its Administration respect the laws of all countries (including the USA, UK, Canada, etc.) and will prevent any illegal activity by Users.


9. Force Majeure

9.1. Neither Party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to force majeure circumstances beyond their control (e.g., war, civil unrest, epidemics, earthquakes, floods, fires, government actions, and other unavoidable events).

9.2. The affected Party must notify the other Party within three (3) calendar days of the event.

9.3. A Party that fails to provide notice forfeits the right to invoke force majeure as a defense.


10. Final Provisions

10.1. The Service does not store information about the User or their operations. Upon request, account access may be restricted or deleted.

10.2. The Service responds to User inquiries within five (5) business days.

10.3. Acceptance of these Terms during authorization constitutes valid consent.

10.4. All content (including text, images, and code) is protected by copyright and related rights law. Unauthorized copying is prohibited and subject to full compensation of damages.

10.5. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind. Accuracy, completeness, or reliability of content is not guaranteed.
