By accepting the terms of the Service, the Client confirms their consent for the Contractor to process personal information solely for the purpose of providing services through the ZopeCode platform, available at https://t.me/zopecode_bot.

Authorization for the processing of registration data remains valid for the entire duration of the agreement.

The Service does not store, process, or unify any exclusive data or actions of Users on the Service’s website.

Deletion of registration data is carried out upon a written request from the User and constitutes grounds for termination of the agreement. In such cases, the agreement is terminated on the date specified in the Contractor’s response notification.

The User is informed that the Contractor is not entitled to grant access to or transfer information to third parties without additional notification to the Client. The Client acknowledges and understands their rights as a data subject in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Personal Data,” the Federal Law of the Russian Federation “On Personal Data,” and the laws of other jurisdictions.

1. Data Collection and Processing

1.1. Telegram Mini Apps Authorization: To provide access to Service functionality, the following are processed — Telegram ID, username, and user’s full name.

1.2. Cookies: Cookies are not used in the operation of the website or the Application.

1.3. Server Logs: Monitoring of Telegram Mini Apps DNS traffic is carried out to ensure the Service’s security and stable performance. These logs are not used for user profiling.

1.4. Message Access: The bot does not have access to your Telegram messages; all correspondence is accessible only to the user.

1.5. Order Data: The Service stores the order ID, order code, and order status.

2. Processing and Transfer of Confidential Information

2.1. Processing and transfer of confidential information are possible only with the User’s confirmed consent. Any transfer of such information requires explicit verified consent.

2.2. Processing is allowed for addressing security issues and fixing technical malfunctions.

2.3. Processing is also allowed to prevent illegal activities related to the trafficking of weapons, humans, child pornography, drugs, etc., in accordance with international AML policies.

Data Retention Period

Information listed in the “Data Collection and Processing” section is retained until a deletion request is received from you. Upon receipt of such a request, processing is stopped, and data are deleted within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

Information Security

We apply reasonable and sufficient security measures to protect data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These include internal audits of data collection, storage, and processing procedures, security measures (including appropriate encryption), and physical protection of infrastructure to prevent unauthorized access.

Access to and Updating of Personal Information

We aim to provide you with access to your personal data and the ability to correct any inaccuracies or delete the data upon request, unless retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes. Before processing requests, we may ask you to verify your identity and specify the details to be provided, corrected, or deleted.

Changes to the Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. All changes will be published on this page.

If you are located in an EEA/EU country or another jurisdiction that requires GDPR compliance, we process data according to GDPR principles and ensure the implementation of corresponding user rights.
