An esteemed politician had orgies, groomed young girls and led a paedophile ring, his wife has claimed in a bombshell video.
Te Awanuiārangi Black, a Māori Party councillor and parliamentary candidate from Tauranga, New Zealand , died aged 48 of organ failure after 'drinking himself to death' in 2016.
In an emotional Facebook Live video two years later, his wife Anihera has claimed he and several other men sexually abused young girls and passed victims around 'like a box of beer.'

Weeping hysterically in the self-filmed video, she said on Saturday: 'I have an announcement to make on behalf of my kids and I and perhaps it will shock a lot of you and perhaps it will help some of you find some comfort... something that needs to be done.'
Mrs Black explained that her husband, who she met aged 15 and married aged 18, was not the man many in her community thought.
'Those good deeds Awa did for individuals will live on in the memory of their lifetimes, she said.
'However the pain and suffering he caused others may live on for generations to come if things are left unsaid.'
She went on to explain how he would have affairs, orgies and abuse young girls with other paedophiles.
'He became a predator, a recruiter, a teacher, a pimp, a ringleader of one of the many child-adult sex rings here in his beloved Tauranga Moana and he took that s*** nationwide with all his contacts in every stream of life.
'They would recruit the innocent... share them around like a box of beer, consume every last drop and discarding the empty vessels into the gutter, soulless, cold and broken.'
Mrs Black said her husband behaved the way he did because he was abused by his father as a child.
'In turn it created the same behaviour in Awa,' she said.

'Awa became a paedophile and over the years, honing his skills, waiting for that perfect moment he had preordained to steal the innocence of others.
'I wondered why Awa invited so many young people through our home over the years and I thought it was to be a good aunty and uncle. I know differently now.
She then urged his victims to come forward and speak out, adding: 'I am so extremely sorry and devastated. You are all my babies now and I will do what I can to navigate through your healing process.'
'Take back the power of the secret. It has no power in the light. Give yourself permission to be heard, be it a whisper or a bloodcurdling scream.'
After her bombshell Facebook Live video, Mrs Black spoke to the New Zealand Herald to explain her husbands' behaviour in more detail.
She said: 'He thought he was entitled to have women wherever he slept for the night. That might have rolled a few hundred years ago but it's not what I signed up for.
'He was never ever faithful. Prostitutes, orgies, group sex - all of it.'
She added: 'This goes deep and wide, in terms of the paedophile ring, to the highest heights you can imagine. These people aren't just labourers and workers at fast food restaurants. These people are suits and people in power.'
Police are investigating the allegations.

Swinger couple who abused own children in group sex sessions given record WA child abuse jail sentence
A paedophile couple who drugged and abused their young children, sometimes during swingers' sex sessions that were recorded, have been handed the longest jail sentences ever imposed in WA for child sex offences.

The 41-year-old mother of the children was given a sentence of 28 years, while her 47-year-old partner was given 26 years in prison.
The couple, who cannot be named to protect the identity of their victims, pleaded guilty to a string of offences, some of which cannot be reported at this time.
The District Court was told the couple, who were members of the swingers' scene, were in a de facto relationship, but the woman's two young children regarded the man as their father and called him "dad".
The woman was also a prostitute and worked from the family home.
She will have to serve 26 years and he must serve 24 years before they will be eligible for release on parole.
The couple's crimes came to light in 2018 when a member of the public found a memory card containing two recordings in a short-term rental property and handed it in to police.
The recordings, which were previously described by a judge as "depravity of the highest order", showed the couple and other adult men repeatedly sexually abusing the woman's daughter, who was then aged about eight.
When a nightmare tenant trashed Sarah's house, she left behind a memory card containing content so "sickening" it uncovered one of WA's worst cases of child sex abuse.
The discovery led to the girl disclosing to police that she and her younger brother had been subjected to repeated abuse by their parents.
She was also forced to take part in sex sessions with other adults, including two separate occasions involving women she said were named "Claire" and "Jody".
The sessions usually started with the watching of pornographic movies and sometimes involved the girl and her brother being given a "stupefying substance", which it was believed was methylamphetamine.
The District Court was told the abuse started when the girl was aged about five and her brother three, and lasted for about four years.
The girl, who is now in her teens and watched Tuesday's proceedings via video link in another location, said the first time it happened was after she had a nightmare and went to her parents' bedroom seeking comfort.
Another occasion was on her seventh birthday, when the court was told the man said to her he "had a surprise" for her.
She was then abused by him, her mother and two other adult males.
As well as abusing his two stepchildren, the man admitted repeatedly molesting the two daughters he had from a previous relationship.
That abuse also happened when those girls were aged between four and seven.
Judge Bruce Goetze described the couple's crimes as "horrendous", "depraved" and "perverted", saying the couple had shown no regard "whatsoever" for their victims.
He said the recording of the then eight-year-old girl indicated she was familiar with what was happening.
"[The girl] is seen to be completely submissive. She was completely aware of what was going to happen and completely submissive," he said.
"She was wholly corrupted into accepting this horrendous conduct as being normal. It is not. It is depraved and perverted."
Judge Goezte said the crimes were an enormous breach of trust, as the couple had allowed other adults to offend against the children when, as their parents, they should have been protecting and caring for them.
Victim impact statements were provided by the man's two biological daughters, one of whom said she felt "guilty" because, if the crimes against her had been dealt with, the man may not have gone on to commit the offences against his stepchildren.
But the judge said the victims should feel no shame nor guilt.
"They deserve our sympathy and respect for having emerged from the offending," he said.
"They can hold their heads up high and be proud of themselves for their achievements."
Addressing the couple directly, he told them: "You stole their innocence. They should not feel they have done anything wrong."
The man's two daughters were in court for the sentencing.
Outside court they said they were pleased with the sentence and relieved by what Judge Goetze said.
"Obviously me and my sister feel a bit guilty that everything happened after us," one of the sisters, who cannot be identified, said.
"He [the judge] was just making sure we would be all right about that and not to let that get in the way of anything."
The woman, who is now her 20s, said she believed she could now get on with her life.
"I just really hope the other kids can move on as well and have a happy life," she said.
The sentences are the highest ever imposed in WA for child sex crimes.
Last year, one of the men recorded abusing the girl in this case was sentenced to 21 years in jail after pleading guilty to a string of offences, but his term was cut on appeal to 17 years .
In 2016, the man at the centre of the so called "evil eight" paedophile ring, who pimped his daughter out for sex to at least seven strangers, was given a jail term of 23-and-a-half years.
There was also a jail term of longer than 20 years given to a man who sexually abused eight children while he ran the Warminda Hostel for wards of the state between 1978 and 1983.
Two men who abducted and sexually abused a teenage boy in 2005 received terms of 20-and-a-half years and 23 years respectively.

TULSA -- An explicit video showing young people in Tulsa having sex and fighting has been viewed more than 375,000 times on Facebook.
The three-minute long video montage posted Friday night was up on social media more than 36-hours on Facebook, even after it was reported.
Tulsa Police say even though the video was shared more than 3,500 times, they can only look into it if someone comes forward and files a police report.
"It's a shocking video for anyone to see," Officer Jeanne MacKenzie with the Tulsa Police Department said.
Young people were recorded having sex with several of their faces easily identified. Others were recorded getting beaten up. It was all compiled into one video, put to music and shared on Facebook.
The person who put the video together said all of the videos were sent in.
"If a person came forward saying, 'This is me. I got jumped,' or 'This is me and I didn't share this photo,' or 'Someone took this photo without my knowledge,' then we would have some type of crime," Officer MacKenzie said.
Officer MacKenzie said as of now, they have not determined that a crime was committed.
She said to determine if one had been committed, officers would have to see if the people were underage, intoxicated or if they gave consent.
"You can't have pictures of naked children, but trying to determine if those people in that video are children or not would be a hard task for us, because there are certain criteria we have to go by to determine whether or not they are a child," Officer MacKenzie said.
It is obvious some of the explicit videos were sent out on Snapchat.
"I've seen a lot of people say it goes away in 24 hours, but it still can be screen shot," Officer MacKenzie said. "Other people can see it."
The person who made and posted the video wrote on their page that people in the video were laughing it off.
"If that is true and everyone in that video gave her permission to post it, then that makes it legal," Officer MacKenzie said.
She said laws are changing to incorporate crimes on social media. But as it stands now, police departments cannot force someone to take a video down. People offended by the video just have to report it to the social media site.
"Just because we feel or think something someone has done is not moral, we can't do anything to them without a crime," Officer MacKenzie said.
More than 1,000 comments were posted to the video. Some said they were proud to be from Tulsa after watching it. Others wrote they were appalled and said to pray for children involved.
Officer MacKenzie cautioned parents to get involved in their children's social media accounts to monitor what they are doing.
"There are cameras everywhere," Officer MacKenzie said. "You might think you are doing something that no one will know or see, but the possibility of someone filming it or sharing are great nowadays."
Officers said if someone in the video is a minor or did not want their video published in the montage, they can contact police.
