How can I send cryptocyrrency in a Telegram chat?

With Wallet you can send TON and USDT right in a Telegram chat instantly and with no fees applied. Use the Attachment menu to send funds to your friends or colleagues. It is not only the funds but also motivation to attract the recipient's attention to learn more about crypto.

Add Wallet to the Attachment menu first and follow the instructions:

• Open the chat with the user you would like to send USDT/TON to;
• Click the clip → Wallet → Send;
• Choose the asset that you wish to send: TON or USDT;
• Specify the amount of cryptocyrrency to send.

The crypto will be sent instantly to the recipient even if they do not have an account in Wallet yet. The recipient will receive a message with the link to the transfer. They will have to follow the link to receive the cryptocurrency. 

How can I withdraw my crypto? 

To withdraw your funds:

• Open Menu → My Wallet → Withdraw;
• Select the cryptocurrency you are interested in and type in the amount to withdraw;
• Enter the wallet address you would like to withdraw to.

You can also withdraw TON and USDT right in the Attachment menu. To do that, open Wallet via the clip and click Send. You can type there both a wallet address and a domain .ton or .t.me to withdraw to.

In order to send TON to an exchange, a comment (memo/tag) must be added to the transaction. This is a requirement from exchanges to identify your TON deposit. It is not possible to send funds directly to an exhange since it is not possible yet to specify a memo for a transaction in Wallet bot.

Therefore, we suggest transferring TON from Wallet to an exchange this way: Send TON to your non-custodial wallet address first, e.g. Tonkeeper → Indicate your memo and send the funds to an exchange from there.

How long does a withdrawal transaction take?

Usually, TON and USDT can be withdrawn instantly. 

It takes a few minutes to process a BTC withdrawal. 

If the funds haven't been sent from your wallet within the specified time periods, contact us via @wallet_supportbot.
