📌 Starting from 04/05/23 we have been applying a flexible BTC withdrawal fee, which you can see prior to a transfer. This is due to the high load on the Bitcoin blockchain. We are constantly monitoring the situation in the blockchain and adjusting the fee for you so that transactions are confirmed faster.

As soon as the situation is stabilized, we will get back to the previous fee amount, which was 0.0004 BTC.

It is constant and does not change depending on the amount of withdrawal.
