Приложение 2. Обзор литературы о теориях лидерства

В XX в. появилось пять основных подходов, прослеживаемых в теориях лидерства. Это теории личных качеств, поведенческие, влияния, ситуационные и интегрированные. Преобладавшие до 1900 г., теории лидерства, в центре которых находилась великая личность, дали толчок развитию теорий личных качеств. Потом теоретики начали делать упор на ситуацию и окружающую среду. Наконец, принимая во внимание все: личность, ситуацию, психоанализ, роли, изменения, цели и зависимость от обстоятельств — ученые разработали интегрированные теории. Начиная с 1970 г. теории лидерства развивались на основе какой-либо из этих основополагающих концепций.
