Vacuum cleaner is OK. Cannot find spare air filter even at worx.com. Poor business practice. 3 stars deducted because of this. Customer service doesn't exist. Nobody answer phone, no Email for customer service and live chat is shut down.

Worx makes great products, & this little portable vacuum is no exception. HOWEVER, be aware of several issues: 1) Since I already had a battery from another Worx tool, I bought the vacuum "TOOL ONLY" version. If you don't already have a Worx battery, then make sure you buy the combo (tool + battery / charger). 2) The light weight of this vacuum means that you have a relatively SMALL waste compartment, @ least relative to other portable vacuums. 3) the telescoping hose extends out < 2 feet, which is pretty short! I was able to add a rigid telescoping hose from a different vacuum to give me the reach that I needed. Although RECOMMENDED, be aware that you may need a battery & add an extension hose to make it more convenient.

Great product, performs as advertised. The only reason for giving 1 star is my inability to locate replacement filters. The manual states the filter set is washable but it also advises replacing the filter every 90-days. Well, I can’t find the replacement filter anywhere, including the Worx web site. Will update if customer service provides a solution. UPDATE: Amazon Product Support cannot locate replacement filters, and no response from my written request to Worx. Unit going back today in favor of a comparable 20v Black + Decker model.

I like the size, it is small and light weight. But that is it. The suction power is very very bad. I use it in my shop. Wood chips it picks up, but if you have a 1/2” x 1/4” wood chip it will Not pick it up. I also find the power button is in a bad location. I couldn’t figure how to turn it on When I first got it. The button to empty the debris you have to really press it hard for it to work. I love Workx products but this one for the price, stay away.

This is the best little compact Vac I've owned and I've owned several over the years. It's very powerful for the size and its just so handy to have around and easy to store. The two-stage filter seems to filter out all the dust and is very easy to clean and it is washable. Overall I couldn't be happier with my little WORX Vac.

For anyone who uses Worx products, this is the perfect small vacuum. The vacuum has plenty of power for cleaning the car and small areas. It's very compact and lightweight. The fact that you don't need a plug makes this perfect to keep in the trunk and have available on the spot.

Its ok but only buy if you really need

So I have a number of other worx tools that I'm happy with and thought this would be a handy addition. I would say make sure you really need a battery operated unit like this as the suction power is ok for light jobs but I don't think I would even use this to clean my card, considering I have a regular mini shop vac just in the garage that I paid only $20 and it is easily triple the suction power of this. I can see this being handy if you have a boat or camper where you just don't have any power, but even if you have a dyson stick vac I would use that over this. I will keep it just cause I have other worx tools and batteries, and know it will be handy here and there but for the price its too expensive for the power you get.

I have not had this little machine for very long but I think I will get a lot of use. It is light, compact and seems to have a lot of power. I cannot comment on the battery life yet but if it is as good as the machine itself it should be good. Use it in our small apartment and hoping to use it on our balcony carpet in the summer. Love it.

I just tried this for the first time and am shocked at how poorly it performs. I could suck through a straw as well as this vacuum. Can’t suck up dust or sand, even with the brush head it just rubs it. At best it will help you fish out a coin you drop under your car seat. Not worth $5. I’m surprised this product actually made it to market.

10Kpa is a lot of power for such a compact device. About half the power of a traditional full-size vacuum packed into a size that’s much easier to take with you
Just press one button to empty this 20V portable vacuum when it’s full. And with a washable triple HEPA filter, you can be sure this is a clean machine
But its tank capacity is 7 oz. (that’s a lot of crumbs). The 4-ft. hose gives you plenty of flexibility to reach around behind objects. And the handy crevice nozzle really gets in there and cleans out the almost-impossible-to-reach nooks and crannies.
10Kpa is about half the power of a standard upright vacuum. But the 20V Portable Vacuum is about 1/6th the size of one of those uprights, so it’s got plenty of power for its size. You’re never going to bring your full-size out to the car or into the office. That’s what this portable vacuum is for.
Why can’t I get the dirt cup to open?
The dirt cup release button might be difficult to push the first time. After the first release, the subsequent empties will be easier, and the dirt cup should release much quicker.
It is recommended that you rinse the filter periodically with warm water. Let it dry for 24 hours before re-inserting it back into the vacuum.
Can I use this to vacuum up wet debris or liquids?
No, it is only meant for dry debris like dirt, dust, and pet hair.
How do I control the suction speed?
It is controlled through the on/off button on the handle. Press once for low speed, twice for high speed, and a third time to turn off.
Using the included 2.0Ah Power Share battery: 10 minutes on high speed and 25 minutes on low speed.
A powerful-for-its-size portable vacuum that you don’t have to plug-in. It’s a clean person’s dream. You can take it anywhere, making it the perfect car or office vacuum.
