If I'm not working or spending time with the family I'm probably gaming. Some of my favorite recent games I've played are Far Cry 5, World of Warcraft Classic, and 7 Days to Die.

Hunter’s are amongst the most fun classes and are one of the easiest to play as well. In PvP the Hunter is best employed at range, with trap support and their pet Tanking, or running interference with a bit of DPS. Hunters are also amazing at Crowd Controll (CC) with their Freezing Trap , Frost Trap and Concussive Shot abilities, as well as a decided advantage in Capture the Flag (CTF) with Aspect of the Cheetah .
Hunters can be played by members of both factions and have a fair number of available races to choose from. Here are the races that Hunters are able to play and the racial traits from those races, that are the best for Twinking a Hunter.
Dwarf: Gun Specialization and Stoneform are, by far, the best racial traits that Dwarves have for Hunters doing any kind of PvP. Being better at range and being able to escape any form of CC are invaluable in PvP. With Frost Resistance you get a bit of moderate protection that is useful to any class. Find Treasure is great also, just for the extra bit of gold you’ll earn from the chests you find.
Night Elf: Any form of magical resistance is great, which makes Nature Resistance a useful trait to have. Quickness is great as well. While Shadowmeld might not always be useful, when it is, it really is. You can combine it with Disengage to great effect in PvP arenas and BGs. Finally, Wisp Spirit might not seem like much, if you don’t have a Healer to resurrect, being able to get back to your body faster is important.
Orc:  One of the best orc racial trait for Hunters is Command and it might just be the best racial trait at all for the class.  Axe Specialization can get that weapon skill up faster.  While Blood Fury is good if you find yourself in melee range, make sure not to do it when you are at low health. Hardiness is one of the best racial traits for PvP and probably even out of the CC escape traits in the game, as it is passive.
Tauren: As with Night Elves, Nature Resistance offers a solid passive damage resistance that is good for just about any class. Endurance is nothing any Tauren ever complained about, as all classes benefit greatly from just having more health than other races. War Stomp , which gives you a quick burst of CC, is another great trait that saves you from being overwhelmed, or can just stop a retreating foe from escaping.
Troll: Trolls have the most abilities that are of use to a Hunter out of all the other races.  Beast Slaying , is great for dealing with enemy Druids, or the pets of other Hunters. It’s also useful for when you are leveling.  Berserking increases your attack speed, which increases your DPS and more DPS is always a good thing for a Hunter. Is probably more useful than Throwing Specialization , but if you really want to be a Troll Axe Thrower, you can. Lastly, Regeneration is, by and large, the best racial trait that the Troll offers for any class at all.
There are a lot of professions to choose from, which can make deciding which ones to go with hard. Fortunately, one of the coolest professions is also an absolute necessity for a Twink of any class. Engineering. There are a plethora of gadgets, devices and bombs that are extremely useful within Battlegrounds and you won’t want to miss out on them.
While Engineering is a necessity, you’re other Profession is also important. Which ones you’ll be interested in will largely depend on your class.
What follows is a description of each of the Professions that should be of interest to a level X Twink and why.
Engineering :  For any Twink, at almost any level, Engineering is important, but for a Hunter, it is an absolute must-have. Not just because of the CC benefits of certain bombs like the Mithril Frag Bomb (the stun effect of which can work against even level 60 characters), or the advantage of items like the Parachute Cloak , and Discombobulator Ray , but also because of the large number of pre BiS guns and head gear that are to be had leading up to level 29. Also, don’t forget about aid items like the Minor Recombobulator and the Goblin Jumper Cables , which can help with resurrecting when the healer drops.
Enchanting :  Enchanting is probably the best choice for players who are not supporting their Twink with another character. It has few expensive reagents that must be truly gathered, most being products of disenchanting items you are already likely to pick up. It also offers lucrative selling opportunities with the many materials you will acquire from breaking down all of the Green and Blue items you do not need. It can also offset the cost of getting your own enchantments some, as higher level enchanters are sometimes on the lookout for lower level materials.
Alchemy : If you are being supplied herbs and reagents by another character, then Alchemy can be an extremely useful Profession to endeavor upon. The ability to simply create the many potions and elixirs that offer decided advantages in PvP at this bracket, instead of having to go shop for them, almost pays for itself. Alchemy can also be a great way to make money, especially if the reagents and materials can be acquired cheaply.
Other Professions:  Herbalism , Mining , and Skinning should be avoided entirely, unless you are hoping to compliment your Engineering with Mining and take some pressure off of the character supporting your Twink. Tailoring is useless to a Hunter as well, and Blacksmithing is of only minor value. Leatherworking is a viable remaining, as it allows you to craft your own Pre BiS armor.
Cooking : Cooking has but one benefit to any Twink at any level bracket. The Well Fed Buff. The food that offers the highest possible Well Fed bonus at this level is Soothing Turtle Bisque , which gives a +8 bonus. You can get the recipe to cook these food from Kelsey Yance in Booty Bay. Some players may wish to go for the Giant Clam Scorcho , as it is acquired through a faction based cooking quest. This is still viable, but is more complicated to acquire than the Turtle Bisque. The choice is, of course, yours.
First Aid : The only thing to worry about here is to get your First Aid maxed as high as it will go, so that you can use the Heavy Runecloth Bandage , which can heal you almost completely full with just one bandage. To do this, you will need the three books Expert First Aid – Under Wraps , Manual: Heavy Silk Bandage and Manual: Mageweave Bandage . The only trouble is that, because you still can’t get your Secondary Skills up to 300 yet, you’ll have to find someone to craft the bandages for you. Alternatively, you could simply purchase them off of the AH.
Fishing : This skill is not as important at this level bracket, but it’s still a great way to increase your income, especially while you’re bored and waiting around near some water. Take any opportunity you can to fish, because each time you fish is a chance to catch a rare fish that can earn you some good money. It’s also not a bad way to get Cooking and Alchemy reagents to increase those skills.
The Hunter has access to some pretty gnarly abilities, especially at this level. Make sure to familiarize yourself with all of them, so that you can employ them in the most efficient and exacting manner. Below are all of the abilities available to a Hunter at level 29, that are pertinent to Twinking and PvP in general.
As stated, the name of the game is range. Keep your distance and let your pet and your allies do the mixing up, while you perforate your foes from afar. If engaged in melee, hit back, but get back to range as soon as your able without taking a ton of damage.
Your main focus, as a level 29 Twink Hunter in a BG or Arena is simple. Massive amounts of ranged damage. As such, not only your abilities, but your talents should be those that enhance your abilities as a ranged combatant. To this end, the talent build suggested in this guide is the most straight forward for increasing ranged attack damage and efficiency.
To start, max out both Improved Concussive Shot to maximize that ability’s CC effect, and Efficiency to lower your mana cost. Then max out Lethal Shots to increase your Critical Strike Chance and finish strong with Mortal Shots to increase your Critical Damage.
This build does not focus on any one ability for damage, but increases your capability to do damage with all of your spells and abilities. This is the best spec choice to maximize damage, especially for players new to playing a Hunter.

For Twink Hunters, the name of the game is range. So you are going to want to focus on the gear that builds on Agility the most. Acquiring all of this BiS gear won’t be easy and it is advised that you get financial backing from a Main to make the task much easier. Listed below are all of your BiS gear slot items and how, or where to get them. Good Luck!
One of the most important aspects of any Hunter, Twink or not, is your Hunter pet. Unlike in modern WoW, Hunters do not start out the game with their pets. At level 10 there is a quest called The Hunter’s Path, which has four different versions based on race and faction. Upon completion of the quest, the Hunter learns the ability Tame Beast , which they can then use to acquire their first pet.
There are also far fewer choices of pets and pet abilities in WoW Classic, so the choice for a Twink Hunter is pretty straight forward.
The Feral Mountain Lion is the best Cat family pet at this level and Cats tend to be very good, because of their high attack speed and because they have a 10% increase in all damage they do. Cats can also learn Prowl easily, which makes them ideal for the Hunter that wishes to easily scout.
If you want a pet with decent damage, but that is a bit more robust, try a wolf. Wolves are about as fast as cats, across the board, but are a little more durable. The Ghostpaw Alpha is a great choice at this level, especially as it comes starts with Bite at 4th Rank and Furious Howl at 2nd Rank. Both of these are abilities that are hard trained, so starting with them higher is an advantage.
Level 29 is where Defensive pets become more viable in PvP, because Charge is much easier to acquire for certain pets. The Rotting Agam’ar for example starts off with Charge at level three when tamed. It’s also the best choice for a Defensive pet at this level.
Lastly, there is the Windserpent pet type, which might be the most useful for a Hunter Twink arguably. The thing about the Windserpents is that they have the Lightning Breath ability, or at least can train to use it. This pet ability allows the Windserpent to attack at range, along side their Hunter master. This can augment your own ranged damage contribution to almost 30%. That being said, while the Windserpect can engage in melee, there are other pets that do it a lot better. So if you have to force your Windserpent into melee, they will likely be at a disadvantage.
If you are interested in such a pet, the Venomous Cloud Serpent comes trained with Lightning Breath at 3rd Rank and Arikara while still needing to learn Lightning Breath, is the highest level Windserpent to be had at this level.
The enchantments for your gear are almost as important as the gear itself. Make sure to get all of the best enchantments for each gear slot item that can be enchanted. If your Main is not an enchanter, then acquiring these enchantments will be expensive, so keep that in mind. Here are all of the best enchantments for a level 29 Twink Hunter.
There are a plethora of buffs to be had at this level and some of them are incredibly useful.  If you’ve taken Alchemy, you’ll be able to acquire most of these, fairly easily. Otherwise, you can get them through other players who are Alchemists, or simply from the AH. Some of them are often sold by vendors in a limited quantity as well.
You gain a solid benefit from just about all of the long term team buffs out there. Arcane Intellect will increase your mana pool, while Power Word: Fortitude increases your health pool.  Blessing of Kings is also a great buff that the Paladin gets access to at level 20. So if you are Alliance, get it. Mark of the Wild is the class buff that likely offers the best bonus for a Hunter all around.
And so, you have learned all you need to now build the best possible level 29 Twink Hunter. Acquiring all of that gear, equipment and getting your best pet will be a difficult task, but you’re surely up to the challenge. If you weren’t you wouldn’t have read this whole guide to the end. So how do you get head enchants when they are souldbound and you need to be lvl 50 to get the quests????
Hey there Glenn. The Arcanum in question is, as you’ve said, acquired from the quest Libram of Voracity and while it is true that the quest is level 50, and the Arcanum is soul bound, the item you use it on is not . The quest is also repeatable, so you can have your Main, or whoever you are funding your Twink with, do the quest as many times as you need, use the Arcanum from the quest on the BiS headgear, or leg gear for the Hunter and then send the item(s) to your level 29 Twink. You can also just ask if anyone has it in the trade channel. Wealth minded players will often repeat this quest a number of times and have a few Arcanums to sell. Mind you, their not likely to be cheap, lol. I totally get your confusion, as it’s the only enchant on the list that acts this way, but it’s actually one of the easier ones to acquire, as it doesn’t require the enchanting profession. Is it possible to make this ench by putting my soulbound head/legs in trade window just like ordinary enchanters do? Thx for a guide, but i can’t see information about bullets/arrows. I used to shoot 15 lvl engineering bullets and just yesterday realized that there are 25 lvl bullets purchasable from the vendor.
Yes, you can absolutely do it the same way other enchanters do, by using the “not to be traded” window. As for the Ammo, there’s only that one type at level 25, but beyond that there isn’t any other ammo you’d want at this level. Hope that helps you. Have a wonderful day!
Im wondering if some1 did the quest xp gains. Im worried i might get too much xp if i do the quests listed.

There is no mention of a boar as a pet. I’m wondering why as I find them incredibly useful. They interrupt soellcasting, they cab charge down and stun a flag carrier allowing you to catch up. They can stun a rogue and warrior allowing you to get a little bit of distance etc
I believe the rotting amam’ar mentioned is a boar un RFK
I hve read several diacussions on this, it seems doin the quests as soon as possible is fine, the hardest part bein the nessjngwarry chain in STV, get a high lvl friend to do it with you, follow him as a ghost, you get kill credit with no excess XP gains
Fletcher’s Gloves might be a better choice, I think 1% crit chance out damages 8 agility, but the extra stamina might make the racing gloves better.
instead of the tundra ring id suggest u use the lavish ring from deadmines. the 6 int and 3 agility (even if it is a lower level ring) help out a lot. also dont forget to add in scopes for ranged weapons!
Decent guide.
Enchanting as a level 29 is useless. Mining would prove more fruitful for leveling engineering.
There are other shoulder options for BiS. Green 7/7 of Monkey would be my BiS. Also worth noting 7/7 of Monkey belt and boots as place holders but I would not say BiS.
Then the rings. So many ring options. Plains ring, Talvash’s Gold Ring, Seal of…,
And also worth noting you can Stan stack as a hunter and do great.
this guide says you can get the sentinels blade at honoured with SWS you cant you need to be revered, so glad i wasted 2 weeks farmin rep for this.. why make a guide if u dont know what youre talking about?

Hunters make great twinks in the 10-19 PvP bracket. They are versatile and fun to play, and are one of the most powerful class’s at this level. Hunters fill the role of DPS/Support in WSG; they can carry the flag but this is best left to other class’s who can do this more efficiently. Hunters have the ability to kite an enemy near endlessly with the use of Concussive Shot and Wing Clip (the latter able to be spamming on multiple enemies to keep your Flag Carrier safe, or to delay the oppositions Flag Carrier support) and to provide tactical information such as enemy location via the use of Eagle Eye and Tracking. Also, Hunters can dish out mean damage while taking hits from multiple enemies making them one of the most sort after class in this bracket.
