Tuna omelet and seasoning

Tuna omelet and seasoning

Want a simpler, more nutritious and cheaper alternative than the classic tuna omelet? This type of recipe is very simple to prepare and can be served at different times of the day - for breakfast, a snack or even as an accompaniment at lunch. Egg and tuna combined provide important nutrients - such as protein, vitamins A, B-complex, D, magnesium, potassium and omega 3. So be sure to give it a try!

- 3 eggs

- 1 tablespoon of light curd

- 1 can of tuna

- Chopped green scent to taste

- Ground black pepper and salt to taste

- Olive oil for frying

To start, beat eggs on a plate, add curd and mix well. Then add the tuna and the green scent to taste and stir again until it becomes more homogeneous. Add salt and pepper to taste to finish, mix and then just fry! Use a non-stick skillet, add a little oil and let the omelet fry well on both sides. Serve with more chopped green scent on top and ready!
