Former President Donald Trump has ignited a political firestorm by hinting at the possibility of seeking a third term in office, despite constitutional limits preventing such a move.

During a rally in Florida over the weekend, Trump made remarks that some supporters interpreted as teasing an unprecedented extension of his presidency. 'We did so much in four years, imagine what we could do with more,' Trump told the crowd, prompting cheers. When pressed by reporters afterward, he added, 'The people should decide how long a president stays, not some old document.'
