Beautiful hotel and great luxurious room. Very clean with all possible amenities. From the room I had a great view of the city. Wifi very fast and free of charge. Previously I had a lot of issues with aggressive overcharging taxi drivers in Guangzhou but the concierge of the Sheraton arranged taxis for me that charged according to the metered fare. My compliments ! Will stay here again when I return to Guangzhou. More

The hotel has a gooooood location , near shoping mall and a lot of choice for cuisine food. Besides, the lounge has a good view,the staff also nice , Yannis,Queennie,Eric,Fara provide the best service

Stayed in the hotel over the New Year weekend. The hotel is centrally located, especially for shopping. It’s close to the shopping malls and food is readily available in the surrounding areas. In fact, the hotel is connected to one of the shopping mall with a large supermarket below, very convenient. I’m told this is a popular shopping mall with the locals. The only down side to being in such a central area was the traffic jam in front of the hotel during rush hour. Service from the staff was good, especially the front office and concierge. The concierge was able to arrange a taxi to the airport upon check out. Just let them know the night before. The rooms were of a decent size. It was basically an average room, nothing really stood out for me but I have no complains about it. The only gripe I have maybe (and it’s a minor one) is there isn’t much chairs in the lobby to sit and wait. Other than that, it’s a pretty good hotel and I would considering staying at again.

Good option to stay on the center of Guangzhou. High, international standards and the usual facilities. Great breakfast, with a wide variety of local, as well as international choices. Excellent location., close to business center, malls and transportation.

I love this lounge. All the staff are friendly and always make me feel very welcome. They remember your preferences and make you feel special Breakfast is very good with a big choice.Very good chef will make your eggs just how you want them to be. Joanne, Queenie and the other staff members are always at hand to top up my coffee, which is vital to defeat my jet lag. The lounge is always spotless.Dirty tables are cleared quickly. The meeting room in the lounge is very useful and I often use it with clients. I like the fact you can check into and out of the hotel in the lounge. Beautiful views from the windows over Guangzhou, you can feel the whole city's energy just by looking outside. Event though the lounge is on the 33 floor I am looking up at kites being flown from the square and looking down onto people practicing martial arts. I love China and I love the lounge in the Sheraton hotel Guangzhou.
