On Monday morning, April 3, 2017, in the city of Punta Cana, the Dominican Republic, I was abducted, gangly, by armed people in civilian clothes, who arrived in a black car (jeep) with tinted windows.

On that ill-fated Monday of April 3rd, 2017, in the parking lot, when I was approaching my car, 2 people pounced on me from behind trying to knock me down and throw me down on the ground. I tried to resist with a shout: “What is the matter, what is happening, who are you ?!” But I received a strong blow in the back with some kind of hard object, perhaps a pistol grip. I tried to throw off the attackers and get up from their knees, but then the third kidnapper ran up and pointed the weapon at my face! Immediately, a black jeep with tinted windows pulled up and I was forcibly pushed into it! No one answered my questions in the car and did not respond to my demands! No documents and certificates were presented to me by anyone!

Then they brought me to the suburb of the capital Santo Domingo, approximately to the “Barrios” district in a two-story building surrounded by a fence. For several days I was kept on the floor, in an empty room without removing the handcuffs! From the food they gave only water, put moral and physical pressure on me, beat me!

I did not react to my demands to call the police, a lawyer, call relatives! From the conversations of the kidnappers, I realized that I should soon be taken away somewhere and convey to someone, and that someone had come after me.

A few days early in the morning, all the same armed people sat me in the car and brought me to the airfield of the airfield, drove through the alternate entrance, past the main airport building, drove me straight to the ramp and got me on board. Then, in the cabin of the plane, they took off my iron and put on lightweight plastic handcuffs and handed me over to two in civilian clothes, who introduced themselves as officers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia! These employees did not respond to my questions, they did not read the rights, could not explain why I was detained and said only that we were going to Cuba! Upon arrival in Cuba, I was illegally and against my will, held in handcuffs in an enclosed area of ​​the airport in the city of Havana surrounded by security guards! Nobody reacted to my demands to call the police, the lawyer, the consul!

I was not delivered to any state and judicial authorities of the Dominican Republic and the Republic of Cuba! I was not given the help of a lawyer attorney! No papers, documents, protocols were presented to me, and nothing in my presence was drawn up, issued or signed!

Further, without documents, without a passport in shorts, T-shirt and shales alone, I was put on a plane and forcibly taken to Russia and illegally placed in SIZO-5 of Moscow! Where no one could explain anything to me for what I was detained!

After that, after about 2 weeks, I was transferred to Rostov-on-Don and imprisoned in SIZO-1. And only at the beginning of the month of May 2017, during investigative actions from investigator Sagirova I found out what I suspect!

No court decisions on my extradition were issued, no documents were issued in my presence, no assistance was provided! It was a brazen, cynical and criminal abduction in the independent state of the Dominican Republic, of which I am a citizen, where my rights and the law were violated!
