Episode 1: 'Patient Zero'

A frantic radio transmission from a nearby FEMA camp warns of a 'fast-moving sickness.' Hours later, a coughing, feverish man collapses at the hospital doors. His skin is pale, his veins darkened—something is very wrong. Dr. Rodriguez quarantines him, but by morning, two nurses show the same symptoms. The outbreak has already begun.

Episode 2: 'Containment Breach'

The hospital’s power flickers as security tries to lock down infected wards. A panicked patient escapes, spreading the disease into the streets. Meanwhile, a shadowy group called the 'New Dawn' claims they have a cure—for a price.

Episode 3: 'The Source'

Flashbacks reveal that before the bombs fell, a biotech firm was experimenting with a viral enhancement drug meant to help soldiers survive radiation. Did the outbreak start in a lab? A former scientist, now a scavenger, holds the key—if he can be trusted.

Episode 4: 'No Good Choices'

With the death toll rising, the hospital faces an impossible decision: burn down an entire block to stop the spread or risk losing everyone. Morality clashes with survival as Dr. Rodriguez grapples with the cost of leadership.

Episode 5: 'The Cure?'

The New Dawn’s 'cure' turns out to be a deadly gamble—it slows the infection but kills half who take it. A faction of survivors revolts, accusing the hospital of hoarding real medicine. Blood spills in the halls.

Episode 6: 'Last Light' (Season Finale)

In a desperate last stand, Dr. Rodriguez and her team synthesize a stabilizing agent—but there’s only enough for a handful of people. As the infected overrun the hospital’s defenses, she must choose who lives… and who gets left behind. The final shot: a radio crackles to life. A voice says, 'We’re coming for the cure. Prepare to hand it over.'
