Lazy Sunday is light roast that is easy on the palate. It softens and transforms into an opulent hug to your senses. The cocoa flavors from Latin America smooth the brew whilst Africa offers citrus hints to add the balance. 1kg coffee beans is a cup that can be enjoyed by itself or with cake, milk chocolate and other sweets. It's a perfect match for vanilla cakes with lemon drizzle and lemon sponges.
When making 1 kg coffee beans , we recommend using the French Press method, preheating your vessel by adding some off the boil water to keep it warm and ready to brew. After brewing, let it sit for 4 minutes, this ensures that the grounds are fully saturated and not over extracted. The water should be pushed through by the plunger. Don't stir or agitate your coffee, as this could result in unpleasant odors appearing in your cup.
