Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Send & Receive Faxes Anytime, Anywhere app ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
1. License and Restrictions
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.
You are not permitted to:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any part of it.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code.
- Create derivative works based on the App.
- Use any of our trademarks, logos, or other intellectual property without our prior written consent.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including intellectual property rights, remain the exclusive property of Seogene.
2. Changes to the App and Services
We may update, modify, or discontinue the App or its features at any time without prior notice. We may also introduce paid services or features. Any such charges will be clearly communicated to you in advance.
We strive to ensure the App is useful and reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
3. Personal Data and Privacy
To provide the App's services, we may collect and process certain personal data, including fax content and usage information. Our practices regarding data collection, use, and protection are described in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
It is your responsibility to keep your device secure and ensure that access to the App is protected. We recommend that you do not root or jailbreak your device, as it may compromise security and affect the App’s functionality.
4. Usage Requirements
The App requires an active internet connection to function properly. Whether through Wi-Fi or mobile data, it is your responsibility to ensure connectivity. We are not responsible for any limited functionality or interruptions due to lack of internet access.
You are responsible for any data charges, roaming fees, or additional costs incurred from using the App. If you are not the bill payer for the device, we assume you have received permission from the bill payer to use the App.
You are also responsible for ensuring your device is charged and operational to use the App’s services. We are not responsible for any loss or inconvenience caused by device malfunctions, battery failure, or other device-related issues.
5. Third-Party Services
The App may use third-party services to enhance functionality, including:
- Adjust, Amplitude, Firebase – for analytics and app usage tracking
- Adapty – for in-app purchase and subscription management
By using the App, you agree to the terms and privacy policies of these third-party services.
6. Limitation of Liability
We strive to ensure that the information and services provided through the App are accurate and reliable. However, we are not responsible for:
- Any direct or indirect loss resulting from your use of the App.
- Failures caused by third-party services.
- Errors or delays in fax transmission.
- Any damages resulting from unauthorized access to your data.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties of any kind.
7. Updates and Availability
We may update the App periodically to improve performance, security, and functionality. It is your responsibility to install these updates to continue using the App.
We do not guarantee that the App will always support the iOS version you are using or that updates will be compatible with your device.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, without prior notice.
