By accessing or using any Telegram bots provided under the TeleFlash brand (managed by FlashCom), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please stop using our bots immediately.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By starting a conversation with a TeleFlash bot or using any of its features, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use.

2. Privacy & Data

Your use of TeleFlash bots is subject to the TeleFlash Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it. Please review it carefully before using teleflash bots.

3. Permitted Use

• Bots are provided for personal or internal use only.
• You may use them for automation or management of your Telegram activities.
• Commercial use requires prior written approval from FlashCom.

4. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Share illegal, harmful, or offensive content via our bots.
• Use bots to scam, phish, or spread malicious links.
• Abuse, overload, or attempt to bypass security and rate limits.
• Clone or resell our bots without permission.

5. Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for any files, data, or content you upload or share through TeleFlash bots and related services.

TeleFlash do not review, endorse, or verify uploaded files, and we are not liable for their accuracy, safety, legality, or quality.

By uploading, you confirm that your content:

• Does not contain malware, viruses, or harmful code.

• Does not infringe copyright, privacy, or intellectual property rights.

• Complies with applicable laws and regulations.

Shared links are generated automatically and may be accessible to other users.

FlashCom is not responsible for any harm, damages, or misuse resulting from user-generated content.

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts involved in violations.

⚠️ Important: While TeleFlash may use automated tools or filters to detect harmful content, no system is foolproof. Malware, viruses, or illegal material may still bypass these measures.

• Users who download or open shared files do so entirely at their own risk. FlashCom disclaims all liability for damages, losses, or harm caused by user-uploaded content.

6. Privacy & Security

• We take reasonable measures to protect your data, including encryption of sensitive information.
• However, no system can be 100% secure.
• For bots where cloning is allowed and you provide a bot token, you are responsible for revoking the token via BotFather if you wish to stop the cloned bot or suspect compromise.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our bots are provided “as is”, without warranties of uptime, accuracy, or uninterrupted service. Use at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

FlashCom shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or issues caused by use of TeleFlash bots, including direct, indirect, or consequential damages.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of TeleFlash bots means you accept the updated version.
