This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you use TeleFlash bots (managed by FlashCom), how it is used, and how we protect it. By using our bots, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

User Data – basic Telegram profile details such as your Telegram ID, username, first name, and last name.
Bot Data – Bot ID, bot name, and (if you provide for cloning or integration) bot tokens. Tokens are stored securely and may be used in encrypted sessions for real-time operations.
Usage Data – interaction logs, feature usage patterns, and delivery reports (success/failure).
Technical Data – server logs and connection metadata. IP addresses may only be recorded when you access our web pages, Web Apps, or hosted files.

We only collect the minimum information required for bots to function properly.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected data to:

Deliver and improve bot features.
Maintain security, prevent abuse, and monitor performance.
Enable optional services like bot cloning (if you provide a token).
Provide support and respond to user reports.

We do not sell your personal information.

We do not share your information with third parties, except when required by law or for security reasons.
For cloned bots, your provided token may be accessible to FlashCom or trusted service providers but is encrypted and handled securely.

4. Data Security

Sensitive information (such as bot tokens) is stored securely with encryption.
No system is 100% secure. If you provide a bot token, you are responsible for revoking it via BotFather if you want to stop the cloned bot or suspect compromise.

5. Data Retention

User data and usage logs may be stored as long as needed to provide the service.
Bot tokens provided for cloning may be kept only while the feature is active.
You can request deletion of your data by contacting us.

6. Children’s Privacy

Our bots are not designed for users under 13. If we learn we have collected data from a child under this age, we will delete it.

7. Data Breach Handling

If we become aware of a data breach:

We will notify affected users if possible.
If direct contact is not possible, we will post a notice on our official Telegram channel or website.
We will take immediate steps to secure systems and limit damage.

8. Updates to Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of TeleFlash bots means you accept the updated version.
