They recruit EVERYONE from EVERYWHERE. Even your waiter is watching you! And, of course, we have the community policing you as well. Welcome to Eastern Germany.

There's the FBI's InfraGard (they spelled it wrong). RISS is private software used to coordinate different law enforcement agencies. It's broken up by region. Arizona is part of the Rocky Mountain Information Network®

Speaking of information sharing networks, the CIA's TrapWire and DHS's NIS are ones people should look into if you're gangstalked. You probably had your name submitted to these. The website I linked to on TrapWire said that back around when they were first created, all fusions centers were using the CIA's TrapWire program to know who to watch.

Finally, this page is from a fusion center in Orange County, California. Notice how TLOs (Threat/Terrorism Liaison Officers) can be paramedics, doctors, and nurses? Why? Because they want to have you declared as crazy. And that's a lot easier if they have a doctor secretly on their payroll.

And that seems to be very common across all the various fusion centers I looked into. At the very least, it included firefighters and EMS. A lot of them also include US military personnel. That concerns me. It's like that Starship Troopers movie where only soldiers are considered "citizens" and everyone else is below them. Personally, I had a TON of gangstalking from US military guys. It's not right. Normal people shouldn't be treated as second-class citizens.
