Targeted Individual Update
TDC777Here is the prior post and the main post.
I thought I would link to the MuckRock page where I've done FIOA requests and state public information requests over these issues.
It is getting close to a year now and the Williamson County Sheriff Department still hasn't provided me with a copy of the original file that contains their roster. They keep using undercover agents as an excuse, but that clearly doesn't fall under public information and should simply be redacted. Instead, they keep appealing to the Attorney General to delay the process and/or somewhat fulfilling my request in their responses while acting like that is what I asked for. What a bunch of punks.
Besides the law requiring them to give such files in 10 days (unless there is a real question about the application of the law, which there isn't), the Texas Attorney General 2018 handbook makes it clear that the word "promptly" in the law means "as soon as possible under the circumstances, that is, within a reasonable time, without delay". Given the simplicity of the information I asked for that should be before 10 days. It also makes it clear that decisions from the Attorney General aren't necessary for known issues and the handbook specifically covers that "information that would reveal the identities of undercover agents" is exempt from disclosure—a decision made back in 1978 (Open Records Decision Nos. 211 (1978), 143 (1976)).
Furthermore, if they aren't certain such information is subject to a previous determination the "governmental body should consult with the Open Records Division of the Office of the Attorney General prior to the ten business day deadline to determine whether requested information is subject to a previous determination."
I should have gotten such information in days, not months.
But here we are getting close to a year now. I guess I'm supposed to pay a lawyer some big fees to get things done. What a joke.
And, of course, the CIA is also taking forever to get anything done. A billion dollar budget but they can't even get a decent FIOA office going? Not only do they not serve the people, they don't care about the people. They only care about themselves.
Speaking of the CIA, I believe TI Data and Documents, Xenos Sophocles (you can follow him here on Facebook), said that only the CIA refused to comment on the Targeted Individual situation. He believes that it is a joint operation between the CIA and the DoD. Seeing how many military personnel and veterans are involved in my electronic torture, I believe it. However, I also believe it involves other agencies, perhaps not always the energy weapons though, like the Department of Homeland Security. I say this based off a leak you can find on MuckRock from a Fusion Center. (Fusion Centers are basically places where Homeland Security and your local law enforcement work together.) This would explain why many Targeted Individuals also experience gangstalking by the police, which I too experience.
