Instead of releasing the title as a whole, "normies" *Throws up in mouth* are going to buy this 4 times over or however long it's going to take to release this in parts. Bought the complete edition but couldn't fin the english patch.
Your best bet is to look for it on nyaa and get it from there. The game is pretty old now so the translator's website doesn't exist anymore.

I downloaded the patch from the links given but the scenes I get are in Japanese. Anyone knows of an english version of the patch?

Yeah, unless I hear that they are actually going to translate the H scenes I'm not really interested.
All the scenes have all ready been translated in the Nutaku card battle version of the game, I imagine someday, someone with the skills can patch them into this version.
Any reason the Nutaku game can't be ported to steam?
I think I'm too late to said that stay away from Nutaku ver. Gacha rate is the worst I've seen in my gacha games life, period. Battle Arena Events is the worst of all, you can get a free 5-6 Exclusive Taimanin of the event. BUT!!! You have to beat another player's point to get them. If you lose you get nothing, only some summon tickets and AP recovery potion. Well, GLHF there. I'm not going back even how much I love this IP.
Ver.1.3, server has 1.4 one reason why some cards doesn't have some H-scenes.
Are you ever going to do a Updated 18+ Patch for this game some girls are missing H-scenes.
