Step-by-step guide to filling out the personal information section

This guide will walk you through how to correctly fill out the personal information and delivery address sections on the website.
In your personal account, when registering an address, make sure to provide only the delivery address. It will be linked to all parcels under your name. All parcels will be delivered exclusively to this address.

1. Download the TEZPARCEL App to your phone

2. Click on the ‘Menu’ icon
At the top left corner of our website’s homepage, you will see a ‘Menu’ icon in the form of three horizontal lines. Clicking it will open a window with additional site sections.
3. Select the ‘Profile’ section
If this section doesn’t appear, it means you haven’t logged in or registered in the system yet. To learn how to register correctly in the TEZPARCEL system, click here.
4. Select the ‘Edit profile’ option
Now you can begin filling out or editing your personal information for easier use of the service in the future.
5. Fill in all the required fields
Personal information
✓ Photo — Upload your photo (optional)
✓ First Name — Your first name
✓ Last Name — Your last name
✓ Email — Provide the email (used during registration)
✓ Phone Number — Enter your current phone number (where you can be reached)
✓ Telegram Username — Enter your Telegram Username
✓ Time Zone — Choose the time zone of your city
✓ Date of Birth — Enter your date of birth
✓ Gender — Choose your gender
Address Information
✓ Country — Select your country of residence
✓ City — Enter your city
✓ District — Choose your district
✓ Address — Provide your exact residential address (street, house, apartment)
✓ Landmark — Enter a well-known place or establishment near your address (e.g., shopping mall, park, school, etc.)
Once you have filled in all the fields, click the "Save" button.
