Staff was very accommodating especially with our request for early check in! Gorgeous view of the beach and mountains from our room too! The staff was outstanding and provided everything that you need. Hightly recommended. Location is very good very near to the interest area I really enjoyed my stay there. Manager super nice. Room reeked of chlorine upon aarival. No linen svc. No elevator. Ltd parking. Michael, the manager was super nice. Directed us in when our GPS failed. Helped us lug our bags to 2nd fl. Even called while we were out to recommend s niice beach. Room reeked of chlorine from bathtoom. Only one small stiff pillow. Got extras next day. No towel service, had to make our beds. The comforter was gross and stained. Limited parking but was OK and close to entrance. Had a few mosquitoes in the bathroom. Room was cramped but liveable. Apartments are located 10 min from North beach. If you take the room with patio , mind the cats. There are plenty of them in the nearest houses. It is hard to control their access to the patio. A couple of times they even jumped in the room, when the door to the patio was open. Patio is nice, has device for barbecue and furniture for outdoor leisure time. Got cold from staying there! The 'suite' was - as we had expected at that price - not at all luxurious, but a simple, rather dark room with a double bed and bathroom. Yet, it was all clean and good enough for a night. Value for money seemed totally appropriate. I had a suite. The bed was good. My teen daughter slept on sofa in the other room. Sofa was good easy to open and comfortable. TV was ok. Only Russian or Arabic channels. Room was dirty. Floor had been swept but possibly never mopped and the bed was only half made. Very clean and lots of hot water. Great value ,for the money. Pleasant stay of 3 nights. Enjoyed a trip to Petra, thank you Michael. I booked accommodation at their apartments twice for both of my stays in Eilat before and after trip to Jordan. First time I was upgraded at no additional cost to a more expensive Junior suit. Since there is no 24h reception they have established very functional system of key deposit. I liked it very much as well as the possibility of leaving part of my unnecessary luggage while I was on my 2 days trip to Jordan. For the paid price it was undoubtedly the best accommodation I experienced in Israel. We staiyed three days. The hotel is 10 mon from the beach and it was hard to go when the t is 45C. The Eilat is worth to visit because from here is easier to rach Petra. Eilat it will be nice to visit not during summer because it is very hot. It was nice but not what you see in the pictures. It was actually completely different because it is not a hotel. It is an apartment building with rooms. My room was not worth it. The hotel is fine. We wanted a while to be checked in, in a room with AC exhaust on a hot day! We were very pleased with everything and we would certainly return. Kissat ulostivat oven taakse matolle.
