RustTweaker

💦💦💦

No, that's not rain. Those are the tears of our support team, which has processed over 800 tickets in just two days.

We never expected so many of you, but we're happy to see that the service is gradually recovering.

For those who are still waiting for a solution, we've updated our HelpBot with a comprehensive article covering the most common RustTweaker issues and their solutions:

https://telegra.ph/Common-RustTweaker-20x-issues-05-29

If you're experiencing any difficulties with RustTweaker, we recommend checking the article first. There's a good chance you'll find a solution there much faster, allowing us to focus on more complex cases that require log analysis and code investigation.

Yesterday, we introduced caching to the Optimization tab. The leaderboard now updates once per day, and benchmark results are stored not only on our servers but also locally. These changes have already made a noticeable difference.

Server load is still high, and the infrastructure is operating near its limits, but it's performing well. Most likely, issues such as lag, long loading times, and crashes will be fully resolved by tomorrow.

At the same time, we're continuing to work on geographic server distribution so that both the website and the application can function without a VPN, while files are cached on intermediary servers.

We'd also like to invite everyone who hasn't seen it yet to check out our program overview:

In the video, we cover not only the new features introduced in version 2.0.0, but also everything that was added throughout six months of development.

From this point forward, our developers are shifting their focus to fixing bugs, improving interfaces and tweaks, adapting the benchmark for non-standard resolutions, and refining the leaderboard.

As soon as we're done, we'll release a new update and share another development blog with you!
